don't touch her || 2

takes place in httyd 2 when the gang gets captured by drago! please read part 1 if you haven't!

It had been three days since Astrid and the Gang were captured. Three days since the Gang and Astrid saw each other. Three days since Astrid had been raped.

She didn't have any clothes except for a fur blanket that kept her warm. She only got cold soup everyday to eat, which she refused to touch. Her wounds were still hurting and there was still fresh blood here and there. 

Her hair was let loose and it flowed gracefully down her back. All she wore was her kransen.

She knew that they were going somewhere because she could feel the ship moving. 

She was just sitting there, trying to fall asleep when she heard a loud boom and the roars of dragons.

Astrid shot up and tried to look through the small gaps of the wooden wall to get a glimpse of what was going on. 

Although she couldn't see much very well, she could definitely hear a lot. One of the things she heard was Snotlout's voice shouting in victory. This made her feel relieved because she had the knowledge that Eret and the gang managed to escape with their dragons successfully.

She continued to listen to the battle unfold in front of her.

Hiccup blasted into battle alongside Valka, Stoick and the Bewilderbeast. As he was flying, he was searching for any sign of Astrid but could only see Stormfly, flying around frantically without a rider.

He flew beside Fishlegs and asked him, "Fishlegs, where's Astrid?" 

"I don't know, Hiccup. Sorry. But I do know she's in that boat somewhere. Better be quick,"

Hiccup jumped off Toothless and flew down in his flight suit onto the boat Fishlegs was pointing too. Toothless went back into battle and could only run around the ground without Hiccup.

Astrid was now using the dagger that was used to cut her clothes to attempt to unlock the door. While she was at it, she heard a thump on board. Someone's here. She thought. 

She stayed quiet for a while to try and guess the person on board. It then clicked to her that the 'thump, click, thump, click' noises could only come from one person.

Hiccup

She screamed with all her might because of how weak she was. "Hiccup! In here!"

Hiccup swiveled his head to the noise and when he got to the door, he kicked it open, revealing a beat-up Astrid wrapped in a fur blanket.

"Oh, Astrid!" He dropped his sword on the ground and ran to Astrid who was on the ground, pulling her into his arms.

"Hiccup!" She cried into his neck. Sobbing uncontrollably. Her arms wrapped tightly around his neck. 

"Shh, shh. It's alright. I'm here now," he soothed her and soon her cries died down. 

Hiccup pulled away from Astrid and took one look at her to process what happened. She wasn't wearing any clothes and was covered in cuts and bruises. It could only mean one thing.

"Who did this to you?" He asked in a serious tone, hands on her shoulders for comfort.

Astrid began to feel tears roll down her cheeks once more. For some reason, she didn't want to say who did it.

"Astrid please, you have to tell me," 

"Drago! Drago did this, okay?" She sobbed once more and Hiccup hugged her tightly. He gave her a kiss on her forehead to calm her down.

He was speechless. Drago?  He just couldn't believe it. They stayed in each others arms for a while before Astrid pulled herself together and was ready to go.

Hiccup knew she would be weak from how she looked so he carried her bridal style out onto the deck. 

He whistled for Stormfly and within seconds, she landed on the deck. She had a look for worry in her eyes when she saw Astrid's condition. Hiccup carefully mounted Stormfly and she took off as gently as possible.

They landed down at a cleared area with little to almost no guards. The guards that were there were easily knocked out by Hiccup. 

They weren't very far from where Drago was. 

Hiccup told Stormfly to look after Astrid before he went off to find Drago. 

He was running as fast as his legs could carry him to the man who abused his first love and eventually, he found him, standing in front of another Bewilderbeast, swaying his spear in circles.

Drago was calling a fight between Valka's and his Bewilderbeast. Hiccup ran towards him and pushed him harshly to the ground.

He whipped out his blade and set it aflame. "You will pay, for what you have done," he growled to Drago who only chuckled in response before throwing his spear down at Hiccup.

The two weapons met with a loud clang and the two began to battle as so did the Bewilderbeasts. 

One moment, Hiccup was winning. The next Drago. It just kept going on and on. Valka and Stoick watched from a distant with pure horror in their eyes. What if Hiccup couldn't win?  Was all they could think about.

However, the rage in Hiccup was so strong, it was telling him to give it his all and finish it once and for all. 

As Hiccup pushed forward, so did Valka's Bewilderbeast. Eventually, Drago's spear was knocked out of his hands and his prosthetic arm was thrown off by Hiccup. He was pushed down to the ground and Hiccup pointed his fired up blade at his face.

They were both all bloodied up from the small cuts and bruises they got from their fight. 

"You can break my soul, take my life, hurt me, kill me. But for the love of Thor, don't touch her," Hiccup panted out in a low and serious voice. 

Without hesitation, he sent his blade plunging into Drago's heart. Valka's Bewilderbeast sent his tusks straight into Drago's Bewilderbeasts stomach. Both the dragon and master's body lay limp on the icy ground.

After Hiccup took one last look at Drago, he ran back to Astrid who watched the whole thing from a distance. 

"Hey, are you okay?" He asked, concern. 

Astrid didn't reply to his question. Instead, she was touched by the words Hiccup said before taking Drago's life. 

"You'd sacrifice your life, for me?" She asked, speechless. 

"Yes. Anything for you, milady," he smiled in contentment.

They pressed foreheads together and stayed in each others embrace for a while. The eventually broke apart and everyone was getting ready to fly back to Berk, including Valka.

Due to Astrid's weak state, she wouldn't be able to fly solo. So, Hiccup took her in his arms and mounted Toothless. Stormfly following closely behind.

hey everyone! i decided to put this 2 part one-shot here to raise awareness for sexual assault and rape because it is happening more frequently in our world today and unfortunately, it is inevitable if caught in a situation like this.

this would've been more suiting to post in april though, because it's sexual harassment/assault month.

but yeah! lowkey kinda proud of these parts because it's my first time writing something like this and yeah!
