In a dark room, Kim stood in a white long gown, walking amid a crowd of people who wore only red, in their handheld red peonies. The movement of the room was gentle as they danced to the rhythm of soft music, their smiles were bright and warm staring at her.

"Kim?" Ava called, Kim turned over and held a glass of champagne, and with a smile, she took them from Ava, while Ava took her hands and slowly pinned her. Kim giggled and paused when her eyes caught a familiar face staring at her, those eyes were filled with warmness and excitement, letting go of Ava's hand she grasped her glass, and her heart skipped.

Her breath ragged and for a few seconds, he was gone, lost in the crowd. Kim glanced around searching to find him, suddenly she felt a presence behind her, Kim swallowed and turned around.

"Kimimela" he called, her eyes closed briefly and she let out a soft breath.

"Miran?" She called and gulped.

His smile turned into a lovely smirk and he pushed his hand into his pocket and took out a small box, Kim looked up at him, he opened it and a shiny diamond ring sat pretty in the box.

"Marry me," he said, her wide eyes meeting his.

"Kimimela!" A loud voice called, Kim groaned and rolled to the other side of the bed, frustrated with the voice. "It's 8 am! You're late!" Ava said, Kim's eyes opened to the bright room, and slowly she turned to her bedside alarm.

"Oh my!" She shouted frustratedly rolling restlessly.

"You have to be in Africa soon!" Ava teased. Kim quickly jumped off the bed.

Her door opened and Ava stood by the door with a smile and her brows raised, she shook her head.

"You don't seem to be sleeping well," Ava said and walked to the sitting room. Kim followed behind.

"I did, I did sleep well" she replied and headed straight to the kitchen for a glass of water. "By the way, isn't today Sunday?" Kim asked, quickly gulping the water.

Ava had a smile and shrugged, sitting on the couch, "It is Sunday" she said with a teasing smile.

"You're a-" Kim closed her eyes furiously, dropping the glass.

"Hey! Hey!" Kim gawked at her and headed straight to her room. "Come on now, we said we were going to get out hair done and nails, besides you might be seeing Miran today!" Ava yelled, and she paused at the sound of his name, her dream quickly flashed through her mind. She swallowed and blinked, not knowing if she should turn to Ava or remain that way. She had already reacted to the sound of his name. "Huh? Is that a yes!" Ava comes closer to her.

Kim sighed and turned to her, "Just nails and hair" She warned, tiredly.

"Huh?" Ava giggled, and looked back at the table, "Nails and hair" she repeated, taking Kim's car keys.

"We ain't driving that"

"Says who? What is yours is mine" she said, and rushed to her room, shutting the door.

"Yes, hubby!" Kim said with a laugh.

"Hello!" Kim waved as she got into the salon, beside her was Ava. Kim wore a white short skirt and pink polo, her hair parked in a high ponytail and black boots. Meanwhile, Ava wore a jean and black top, her brown hair also packed in a high ponytail, their smiles never leaving their lips as they walked their way towards the ladies that welcomed them.

"Oh my, Kim, it's been ages since we saw you last!" One lady said, Ava looked at Kim and the lady laughing.

Of course, it's been ages, she had been busy letting Miran's people style her hair and make her nails, even down to her dress.

"Oh, I travelled," Kim replied, glaring at Ava.

"That's nice, this way" She directed, Ava, giggled and walked past her, knowing her lies were accurate.

"Stella, I want something glamorous today!" Ava said, sitting right beside Kim.

"You always do something glamorous, by the way, don't you have work?" Stella asked, Ava, sighed frustratedly.

"That's why you have to make it really short," she said, disappointed.

"What about you Kim?" Another employee asked, Kim, looked at Ava sighing heavily.

"Just the normal shade," She said, smiling and nodding. "But isn't Richard around today? I want to taste something new,"

"Richard travelled," Ava said, Stella and Rita- the other employee laughed.

Suddenly, the door dinged open and their heads turned to the sound of the door.

"Welcome..." Rita looked at Stella, a bit confused with the figure that had entered the salon, "Welcome Sir, how may I help you?" Rita said with a faint smile.

"Hey, Kim" Ava whispered, Kim dropped her phone and turned backwards.

"Kim?" Miran said, standing by the door in an elegant black suit, the white inner was perfectly ironed, and he had a leather wristwatch that seemed familiar, her heart skipped as she remembered she had gotten him that wristwatch for his birthday.

"Miran," she said, puffing.

"I called," he said with a lighthearted smile.

"You did? Why?" She asked, Miran, took a step forward, and Kim flushed red glancing at him apologetically.

This was the first time she was seeing him after their break up. It felt really awkward and also felt sorry knowing she has hurt him. Her gaze pointed downwards.

"Can we talk? I won't be long" he said lovingly.

"I really don't have anything to say to you," Kim said in a hushed tone.

"Kim," He raised his brows, staring at her. "Okay, fine... Hear me out" He continued.

Kim quickly turned around, and her eyes met Rita who sat in front of her, and her eyes shifted to Ava. She could tell they were all feeling uncomfortable and confused with their love whines. Rita cleared her throat and looked at Stella.

She took a deep breath of frustration and looked back at him, "Okay, fine, thirty minutes," She said, angrily taking her bag, and walking past him.
