His Worst Mistake

Surprise visit...

Grayson had had enough work. 

He sprang up from his desk and stalked to the hallway. He wanted to scream but he had an image to protect. Grayson then regained his composure and returned to his study. Grayson fished his personal phone from the sea of phones that sat on his table. Finding the slim block of metal, Grayson placed his finger on the screen thus opening the phone with a click. He placed a call.

"Get the car ready...I'm going down to the lake house" he instructed sternly.

Grayson ended the call and then proceeded to exit his study once more. As he opened the door, he was met with 5 familiar faces.

"Planning an escape trip without us brother?" Hendrix asked coolly. Hendrix leaned against one of the pillars with his hands crossed against his chest. 

Grayson grimaced. He just wanted some peace and quiet with his dear sister. Now five pests were going to tag along.

"I-" Grayson was short of words.

"Don't worry bro! We know you meant to invite us. We already have our bags packed, and cars ready!" Landon said excitedly as he raised his suitcase in one hand and car keys in another.

Grayson bowed his head as he pinched his nose bridge with two fingers. He shook his head...paused... and then nodded. 

"Good for you" Grayson forced himself to say. 

"Yeah good for us..." Jasper said with sarcasm.

"Well let's go!" Kristian said as he pointed towards the stairs.

Irving just watched the drama from the side. He sipped his americano he held in one hand and held his suitcase in the other. He just chilled and waited for the other men to sort themselves out. He had already texted Adrian to get Brian ready and then head out to the Lake house.

 Margot was now four moths into her pregnancy and he couldn't wait to see how she looked now. Just thinking about it, Irving smiled silly to himself. By the time he came back from his own little world, he found his brothers staring at him with concerned expressions.

"What? Never seen a man deep on thought before??" he questioned them with a frown.

The other men just shrugged and then made their way to finish preparations to leave.

Irving who was already packed and ready to go made his way to the kitchen to pack some snacks. It was going to be a long ride. 

Due to all six brothers going, the original one car prepared by Grayson's secretary turned into a Mini Mercedes Van. 

Grayson sighed as he stepped out of the house with his suitcase. He came face to face with a van already filled with his brothers. 

"Come on Gray...let's go!!!" Landon said excitedly.

'This is going to be a long trip' Grayson thought to himself dejectedly before heading into the car.

Margot was scrolling through her medical records when the doorbell rang. She waited some seconds to see if anyone had gone to get it. Hearing no footsteps, Margot slipped out of bed and padded her way down to the front door.

Margot's bump was now more prominent and she had started to feel the weight of her pregnancy. She sometimes got nauseous from smells but the pills and home remedies her doctor had prescribed were very helpful.

Margot reached the front door and looked to her side to see who it was from the security system. Pressing the button, the screen lit up and footage of all six of her brothers huddled up at the front door popped up. Margot was stunned.
