Grayson stepped out of the car and frowned when the winter cold hit him. The man adjusted his trench coat and put his hands into the pockets. How the man managed to find coats long and large enough to fit him baffled Margot. Well, with the money he made, custom made clothes were easily available to him, so Margot never worried much.

Grayson moved to walk into the house. Grayson felt better as soon as he was in the warmth of the house, the change in temperature causing goosebumps to spread across his body. Dalles stood on her tip toes to kiss the older man, still unable to reach the man's lips, Grayson chuckled as lowered his head to meet Dalles' lips.

Dalles took the man's coat and scarf. "She's in her room." She informed him as she opened the cloak room door.

"Thanks" the older man whispered as he made his way upstairs.

Margot wrapped curled into herself underneath the sheets. Grayson smoothed his hands over her cornrows and Margot looked up to see the older man looking down on her.
Margot's face contorted as she began to cry and Grayson took her into his arms.

"Don't worry...he won't be able to hurt you this time." Grayson said, soothing Margot as she cried.

"I'm trying to be strong Gray...for the boys at least..but..." Margot sobbed.

"You've been strong Margot. You've raised the boys with n problems no? Even whilst battling demons from your past and going through therapy, you made sure to always be up to the task." Grayson told Margot sternly, reminding the young woman that she has always been strong enough.

Margot sobbed and Grayson rubbed her back, consoling her.

"What happens now? Will he come for them? Will he try to take them from me?" Margot asked her brother, fear evident in her eyes.

"NO! We'll never let that happen Margot. Don't worry and go about your day with the boys as you normally would. Hendrix will up security, okay?" Grayson said calmly, trying to assure Margot that everything will be okay.

Margot sniffled as she tried to stop crying, she nodded furiously and moved her hands to wipe her tears. Grayson pulled her in for a hug and then let her go.

"You're a mother but you're still a baby huh?" Grayson said with a chuckle.

Margot pouted as she tried to recollect herself.

"Where are the boys?" Grayson asked Margot.

"They should be asleep. They were sick again because of allergies. If I had..." Margot started to say when Grayson interrupted her.

"NO Margot! None of the boys' health issues are your fault. You were pregnant and getting abused by that bastard. You went through a lot Margot. Nothing was your fault. The boys ARE healthy Margot. They're fine. And you're doing an excellent job at taking care of them." Grayson told Margot sternly.

His sister had the tendency to think it was her fault the boys had certain issues with their health, Theo's asthma being one of them. Margot refused to hold the boys the first few weeks after their birth, post-partum depression hitting her hard. She blamed herself for everything, including her daughter's death, and became a hollow shell. The brothers had to force Margot through therapy before she had started to get better. The first day Margot held the boys, she cried so hard. It was also the first day the twin boys had slept through the night. Now, the three were inseparable and Grayson would do anything to make sure nothing came between them.

Margot nodded at her brother. Grayson tucked her back into bed and told her to get some sleep. When Grayson was sure Margot had slept, he got up to go check on the boys. Opening the door, he spotted two mops of blonde curls at the door.
