Joker sat in Sarah's living room bored out of his mind when suddenly there was a knock at the front door. Sarah wasn't home at this time and neither was Vanessa, they both had gone to Sarah's doctor's appointment so Joker was in Sarah's home by himself. Joker decided to wait it out since no one was supposed to find out he was even there. He waited cautiously until suddenly he heard someone picking the lock so Joker leaped up and pulled his silver revolver from his side holster. He hid on the stairs since the stairs were surrounded by walls and waited for whoever was trying to break in to break in. He heard the door open and close then quickly came out from the corner aiming his gun at the man who stood before him but that's what he didn't expect. "Hey Zsasz, it's been a while." Said Joker as Victor didn't have the foresight to pull his gun so Joker had him completely cornered which wasn't usual for the assassin.
"Joker..." Said Victor as he actually seemed scared of the clown which Joker found odd. Joker knew few people who didn't fear him but those who were unafraid often didn't fear the things he was capable of. Joker knew that especially Victor Zsasz had no reason to fear death or any kind of torture that Joker would administer so what had changed for Victor to be so afraid of him now. Joker took notice that Victor had a bouquet of roses in his hand then he quickly put it all together. Sarah's pregnancy, Victor Zsasz showing up at Sarah's home with a gift, and Sarah not wanting Joker to know who the father of her child was. "Oh dear god!" Said Joker as he took a breath trying not to kill him without first getting answers. "Zsasz, I'm gonna ask you something and I swear to God if I get the answer I'm expecting then I can't be certain that I won't just pull this trigger." Said Joker as he laughed but it was a sort of laugh that showed his frustrations with the situation at hand. "Now-" Said Joker as he pulled back the lever on his gun and cocked it. "Did you or did you not, knock up my little girl?" Asked Joker as Victor seemed like he was holding his breath.
"Yes." Said Victor blatantly but still in a tone of fear. Joker growled and grinned out of frustration.
"WRONG ANSWER!" He barked as he pulled the trigger but it just popped out with a red flag that said Bang. "Oh son of a-" He was cut off by Victor clocking him across the face. Victor pinned Joker against the wall and reached for his side holster to grab his gun but Joker kneed him square in his crotch causing him to drop to a ground for a second which gave Joker enough time to actually land a couple hits. They fought for a good long while but eventually both men were sort of exhausted. Victor never usually fought hand to hand and Joker was finding his age was starting to affect his stamina. Joker sat against the couch and Victor stood over the kitchen sink and spit blood into it.

As they sat there for a moment not even looking at each other. Then suddenly the front door opened. "Dad we're home." Called Sarah's voice as they heard footsteps. Sarah walked past the kitchen and saw Victor standing by the sink. "Victor?" Asked Sarah as she quickly looked over at her father then rolled her eyes. "You two beat the shit out of each other didn't you?" Asked Sarah as she rubbed her temple.
"Yeah." Said Joker as he sounded like he wasn't very proud of his actions.
"And this is why I didn't want to tell you! Because I knew you would try and kill each other!" Shouted Sarah as she was incredibly frustrated but she was always good about controlling her emotions, however now her mind was no longer as stable as it had been for years. Everyone in the house seemed afraid of her in this moment, even Joker didn't want to look her in the eye though that was more out of guilt than fear. "God Dad! You're like a damn dog! Anyone even gets close to me and you try and kill them! I've only ever been with two men and you've already tried to kill both of them!" Barked Sarah as she went into the kitchen. "And how did you even get in here?!" Barked Sarah at Victor as he sighed.
"I picked the lock." He muttered as Sarah sighed heavily.
"I should expect nothing less from my taste in men." She muttered as Victor looked at her confused.
"What is that supposed to mean?" Asked Victor as Sarah sighed.
"Nevermind." She muttered as she went upstairs but Victor followed her.
