2023 Opinion
I didn't know about this until a few weeks ago, but it's cute. I've read some excellent fanfics on them, too. Fred has such a strong personality so I don't ship many people with him, but Pansy is also a very bold person, so I think they'd be able to handle each other's energy. Not everyone could. They'd be such a flirtatious and sweet couple. I do ship her more with other people though, and this isn't a high-priority ship. Also, I don't think they'd be all that compatible. I see them only being a fling. Why? Because Pansy is much more structured, judgmental, and harsh whereas Fred thrives on creativity and spontaneity. I think they'd argue over this constantly, and Pansy would just be annoyed at him for it. She's not one for compromising, either, so that doesn't help. Overall, I would day I ship it, but I don't not ship it, I guess? Onto the rating!
