Hmm. Luna is probably the only person who understood Harry and didn't judge him. She's the only person in Harry's life who understands what it's like to be the outcast, lose someone, be ridiculed, and not have your voice heard. Ron was always jealous of him, which is understandable but not good for Harry to deal with, whereas Hermione always judged him for his reactions to being the chosen one. They just simply didn't get it. They're amazing friends, but Luna has something they don't. Now, of course, I wouldn't mind if Luna and Harry stayed good friends, especially because sometimes I worry that their relationship is more...sisterly, but it could go either way. Honestly, I'd prefer them platonically. As I said, I truly feel that this is more of a sibling-like relationship. So, no, I don't ship it. I can see why others do, though.
