2023 Opinion
No, I don't really ship this. I don't hate it, and I'd be willing to read more of it, but I really don't think they'd ever like each other. I don't think Harry could put with Blaise's cocky, extremely social, and hot-and-cold attitude. Harry is not one for attention (he gets enough of that) but Blaise is. Similarly, I can't imagine Blaise liking Harry's awkwardness, nor his "do-good Gryffindor" personality. They'd be friends, eventually, maybe, but I can't see them ever liking each other enough to date. Also, I ship them more with other people. In some ways, Blaise and Draco are similar, which is great because I ship Drarry, but they differ in some very big ways. Where Blaise is genuinely confident, extroverted, and calculated, Draco is insecure and awkward. Not to mention his introverted side. Draco also has a lot more trauma to work through, I think. I see Blaise as self-assured but Draco is clearly pretending — y'know, the whole 'talk big because you feel small' act.
Furthermore, Blaise and Harry don't have the history that Draco and Harry do, which means that they have all the problems and none of the delicious tension.
