2023 opinion
No, of course I don't ship this! No offence if you do - I know it's a popular ship - but it's just not at all my thing. I prefer these two to have some sort of mentor bond or even an AU where Snape is his father rather than a romantic bond.
Snape is an adult, a verbally abusive one at that, and in love with Harry's deceased mother. He tormented Harry for his whole childhood and then expected five seconds of decency to make up for it. Even if we ignore that, the fact that he was in love with Lily makes it too weird for me. I can't talk, really, because I ship some weird ships, but I personally can't handle it. Snape could've been Harry's dad, stepfather, or godfather if certain events hadn't occurred. Just no.
