it was a normal weekday and jennie and taehyung were walking to college. jungkook had gone to his office early. 

jennie: how's your life with Dad nowadays? Are you both happy?

taehyung: the happiest I have ever been. so... what are you going to do about the kiss?

jennie: I don't know

jennie and Lisa had kissed a few days ago but neither of them had said anything about it.

when they both reached the college, they saw Lisa talking with some other girl. She was smiling and laughing very much. jennie was jealous, she had to admit. 

jennie: who is she? why is Lisa talking with her while being all smiley?

taehyung: chill. it must be a friend. 

jennie went to Lisa and waved at her. Lisa waved to her still standing next to the girl.

Lisa: hi jennie, this is Anne. She is my friend. she just moved here.

jennie(mind): hey jennie? Lisa always calls me jen... what's up with that?

jennie said Hey to the girl. the girl was absolutely beautiful. she was a foreigner and thus was looking even more beautiful.

(she is so fucking beautiful!!! I love her!!)

Anne: hey jennie, my name is Anne Hathaway.

jennie: hey, how did you two meet?

Anne: I just shifted here and Lisa's grandmother was kind enough to make me comfortable in my new home so she sent Lisa. that's how we met.

jennie: oh.

Lisa: anyways, let's go to class. Anne, I'll show you the campus later, okay?

Anne: Okay.

they all went to the class. jennie sat in her usual spot and was motioning Lisa to come and sit but Lisa sat with Anne somewhere else. Jennie's smile fell and she kept her head on the desk. taehyung noticed this and went to sit next to her. He put his hand on her shoulder.

taehyung: hey, you okay???

jennie: ye-yeah.

taehyung: it's okay, you know??? it's okay to be not okay.

jennie: it's just... she always sits with me, spends time with me. laughs at my jokes. now she's sitting with that Anne, laughing at her jokes??? I don't like her.

taehyung: she is just happy to have a new friend. don't worry, she still is your best friend.

jennie: but I don't want to be her best friend!!! I want to be hers!!!

taehyung: I know... wait, everything will fall in place. give it some time.

jennie nodded and lifted her head off the desk just to see Lisa and Anne giggling at something while looking at each other. the whole class, they kept whispering and giggling with each other. jennie was so upset about it.

after the classes, they went to the cafeteria to eat their lunch, Lisa had brought Anne with her. jennie was going to sit next to Lisa but Anne already had so she was in front of her.

they all opened their lunches except Anne.

Lisa: where is your lunch?

Anne: Actually, I was so busy unpacking that I forgot to cook.

lisa: it's okay, you can share my lunch.

lisa held her spoon in front of Anne which Anne gladly ate. and with that, jennie lost her appetite. She excused herself. taehyung looked at her going somewhere and excused himself too. he followed her and reached the back of the college. jennie was sitting on a bench with tears in her eyes.

he went and sat next to her. She quickly wiped her tears. but he stopped her from doing so.

taehyung: you should not bottle up. make yourself stop crying. I used to do that all the time... it's not good for your health.

jennie: seeing my love laughing with someone else is good for my health?

taehyung: how about, for a few minutes... forget about her. forget about that Anne... she is not her girlfriend. She is just her friend. go to lisa and make plans to hang out. go to the mall or something. watch some movie while cuddling or something...

jennie: okay.

she wiped her tears and went back to see classes had already started... she and taehyung quietly went and sat in the class. after the classes ended, jennie went to lisa and asked her...

jennie: can we hang out after college? go to the mall or something? or watch a movie?

lisa smiled at her. jennie got hopeful thinking she would say yes...

lisa: I am sorry but I promised Anne that I would show her around the city...

Anne: you can join us if you want...

jennie: n-no... it's okay... jennie ran from there to the bench again. taehyung convinced jennie to take her home. taehyung decided to take her to his house so she could cry without ji-eun getting worried...

they both went to taehyung's home and his room. jennie plopped on the bed and stuck her face in the pillows... taehyung just sat next to her patting her head...
