Ji-eun was working on creating the set. jong-suk was going to be advertising that he was collaborating with the Jeon corporations and ji-eun was making the set on which he was going to shoot.

jong-suk entered the set and on one of the chairs scrolling through his phone. suddenly a woman carrying some set pieces crashed into something and fell with all the pieces in her hand. he quickly got up to help the woman.

the moment he picked up the piece which was covering her face, he sighed awkwardly. it was Ji-eun. nevertheless, he helped her pick up the pieces and lent her a hand to get up. she hesitated momentarily but got up. they both looked at each other.

ji-eun: thank you.

jong-suk: no problem.

Ji-eun looked at him carefully. he was still the same. the same mesmerizing eyes. the same shine in them. the mole just below his right eye. his perfectly shaped lips, the way his hair fell on his forehead.

meanwhile, a battle was going on in Jong-suk's mind. ji-eun was looking as beautiful as ever even if she was dressed casually. her eyes gleaming with an innocence that her eyes always carried. 

they snapped out of their trance when something fell in the background. they both realized they have been staring at each other for too long. jong-suk cleared his throat looking away while ji-eun went somewhere. 

jong-suk was called to start their work. ji-eun went to a corner to catch her breath...

SOMETIME LATER

Jungkook was talking with Jong-suk, explaining to him about things he had to do when taehyung entered and stood behind jungkook. he widened his eyes seeing Jong-suk.

taehyung: lee jong-suk!!! I am a huge fan...

jong-suk: thank you. 

taehyung: koo, I and chimmy are going shopping.

jungkook: okay. take this.

jungkook handed him his black card. taehyung refused to take it but jungkook glared at him. seeing his glare, taehyung quietly took the card.

jungkook: be careful and don't be too late.

taehyung: okay, bye!!! say hi to ji-eun noona for me.

jungkook: you can say it yourself. she's there.

taehyung nodded and went to ji-eun to talk to her. 

jungkook: let's continue, shall we?

jong-suk: was that your brother?

jungkook laughed and shook his head.

LATER

it was lunchtime, but jungkook had gone to attend a meeting, so ji-eun was alone. she was trying to decide whom to sit with. then she saw Jong-suk sitting alone too and felt bad for him. She went to him and asked.

ji-eun: this seat taken?

jong-suk: no...

she sat down next to him and they ate in silence for a few minutes.

jong-suk: how is your psychiatry work going?

ji--eun: I quit it years ago actually.

jong-suk: why???

ji-eun: I didn't have time.

jong-suk: but psychiatry is your passion.

ji-eun: it is. but then after quitting, I did many different jobs and learned many different things. my resume is longer than most people my age. besides, I started Uaena, met jungkook, and merged into Jeon corporations. I like working here too.

jong-suk: hmmm. okay.

suddenly ji--Ji-Eun's phone rang. she picked it up. the person on the other side was speaking so loudly that Jong-suk could hear whatever they said.

ji-eun: hey jen, what happened?

jennie: we all are going shopping. we'll be late. maybe after dinner or something.

ji-eun: who all?

jennie: me, lisa, jisoo, Rose, anne, and taehyung.

ji-eun: give the phone to tae. 

taehyung: hello, ji-eun.

ji-eun: please look after jen. don't let her do anything dangerous. and don't let her spend too much.

taehyung: oh come on. I have Koo's black card with me.

ji-eun: listen, I don't mind you using jungkook's black card till it reaches its limit. jungkook wants to spoil you. but please don't let jen spend too much. She tends to go crazy while shopping.

taehyung laughed.

taehyung: okay. I'll try to stop her from spending too much. 

taehyung gave the phone back to jennie.

jennie: done bitching about me?

ji-eun: yeah. but seriously, your budget is 981,00,000 won. which is about 800$. it should be enough. not one penny more.

jennie: but I wanted to buy the Chanel bag I wanted for so long. that must cost 981,00,000 won alone.

ji-eun: I'll buy it for you later. you buy normal stuff with your friends. otherwise, you are grounded. 

jennie: fine. bye, mom. love you.

ji-eun: bye. and be careful.

she kept the phone. jong-suk was looking at ji-eun with wide eyes.

jong-suk: mom?

ji-eun: oh... that was my daughter, lee jennie.

jong-suk: you know, you have achieved your dream. a beautiful perfect family, a loving husband, a daughter like you always wanted, successful career.

ji-eun: what about you? you have anyone? you dating anyone?
