JUNGKOOK'S POV

the next day, jungkook woke. he saw the clock and realized he was late. he quickly got up and got ready. by now ji-eun was awake.

ji-eun: where are you going in such a hurry?

jungkook: I'm late for office.

ji-eun: it's Sunday, kook. you don't have office, silly.

jungkook: omg, I forgot. ji-eun, can you do me a favor?

ji-eun: of course... I'm your family. family doesn't take favors! they give orders.

jungkook: please don't tell jen anything. I don't wanna come in between her happiness.

ji-eun: okay, I guess.

ji-eun freshened up and they both went to the living room. jen was talking on the phone with someone.

jen: did you enjoy it??

jen: they loved you too.

jen: okay, bye... take care.

she kept the phone.

ji-eun: who was on the phone?

jen: tae.

ji-eun: oh. what did he say?

jen: he was asking me if you guys liked him. I told him you loved him. he was so worried that you won't like him and make us break up.

ji-eun: oh... anyways, I'm making french toast.

jungkook: i'm calling yoongi home today. is that okay???

ji-eun: of course! it's been a long time since we met him.

jen: I'm so excited to see yoongi oppa!!!

TIME SKIP

jungkook had called yoongi and invited him and jimin to come as he wanted to talk about something with them. yoongi has said that he will come but jimin won't be able to.

right now jungkook and ji-eun were watching some series with Jennie that she wanted to watch when the doorbell rang. ji-eun opened the door to reveal yoongi. he came in. jungkook went and hugged him.

jungkook: how are you, man?

yoongi: good, what about you?

jungkook: okay.

yoongi: what did you want to talk about?

jungkook: later. in private.

yoongi nodded.

the yoongi talked for some time with the family, asked ji-eun about her life and health, gossiped a bit with Jennie about some random things like the fashion world, and the music industry, and then went with jungkook to the garden. ji-eun went and gave both of them some coffee and left. now they both were alone in the garden.

yoongi: so...

jungkook: I met bun yesterday.

yoongi: that explains it.

jungkook: explains what?

yoongi: he came to jimin's house last night while I was there. he needed some comfort so I left. so... how did you meet?

jungkook: he is Jen's boyfriend.

yoongi: he came here yesterday? how did that go?

jungkook: okay. I managed not to break down in front of him.

yoongi: you miss him don't you? you still love him.

jungkook: no. I don't. I'm married to ji-eun. I love ji-eun.

yoongi: what color are ji-eun's eyes?

jungkook: brown?

yoongi: her eye color is black. what is taehyung's eye color?

jungkook: why would I know that?

yoongi: I know for sure that you know it.

jungkook: hazel brown. but I know it because I loved his eyes back when we were together.

yoongi: Okay... so you say. what was ji-eun wearing last night?

jungkook: a pink dress?

yoongi: and what was he wearing last night?

jungkook: I don't know.

yoongi looked at him seriously.

jungkook: he was wearing a black coat on a white shirt, but no tie, and black polished shoes with a silver bracelet and 3 rings.

yoongi: ji-eun was wearing a peach-colored dress and was looking beautiful but you were too busy admiring taehyung to see ji-eun's outfit. got your answer? Do you still think you are in love with ji-eun and are over taehyung?

jungkook: yes. i love ji-eun and am over taehyung.

yoongi: whatever you say. but taehyung is not over you.

jungkook jumped in his seat.

jungkook: what??? why did you say that? tell me. did he tell you?

Yoongi: no he didn't specifically tell me anything.. but it is clear...
