*GROUP PROJECT*

Chaehyun: who wants to present it?

Kai: sorry just woke up

Yeonjun: who has the idea?

Chaehyun: Winter?

The girl reads the popping texts from the notifications while listening to her professor.

"alright, class. Next group." The professor announced.

"yes, sir. We'll be presenting." Chaehyun acts faster than Winter.

Winter aborted her intention to present for her group. She listens to Chaehyun along the way. Not gonna lie, she's impressed with her knowledge of this project. Well, she should be.

"that's good. I've tried the program and I like it. who has the idea?" the professor asked.

"it's Winter, sir." Chaehyun looks at her from the screen and smile.

"me and my friends came up with it, sir." Winter replied to him. "it's still not perfect but we managed to make things work well."

"impressive. We will talk about your project further later. For now we'll move on to the next group."

Winter is satisfied with her group's work. Just then, she can hear her phone exploded with notifications from her group.

Yeonjun: I told you it's perfect!!!!

Kai: great work guys

Chaehyun: thank you all for your hard work :)

Kai: I think the professor has something to say

Yeonjun: doesn't matter

Yeonjun: We already did it

Chaehyun: what if it's a critic?

Kai: yeah. I think it needs more work

Chaehyun: we haven't heard from Winter

Winter: he said he'll talk about it later. Just wait. Don't think about it too much

Winter sighs in relief. Hopefully, she can fix her communication with Yeji. After thinking about it, this group project might be the reason that it all getting messy.

Winter presses the bell on Yeji's unit. Her intention is talk about their unstable relationship. When Yeji opens the door, she noticed a short haired girl sitting on the couch.

"who's she?" Winter furrowed her eyebrows.

"she's my colleague. Her house is not too far from here. I've told you about her." Yeji grabs her hand and leads her to the living area.

"hey, I'm Ryujin. Nice to meet you." the girl said, introducing herself. "she said she doesn't want to bother your work so she called me to help me with her work. She got scolded a lot recently."

"why didn't you tell me instead?" Winter looks at Yeji who sits beside her. so, this is what Yeji felt days ago. Jealousy.

"I just thought that you don't wanna be bothered. Karina is too far and she's the next person that I'm close to aside from Karina on my department." Yeji explained.

"you have me. you can call me." Winter almost show her anger.

"I think I'll go. Looks like you guys have something to talk about." Ryujin takes her things and soon walks out of the unit.

"we do have a lot to talk about." Winter looks at Yeji.

"what do you mean?"

"we can talk about Ryujin later. I'm here to fix our relationship." Winter takes a deep breath.

"there's nothing wrong with it. we're okay, now, right?" Yeji holds her hands. "you're scaring me."

"I know. we're okay now. will we be okay tomorrow? The day after? Next week? Who are you gonna be jealous of next?" Winter rubs the back of Yeji's hand. "I get that you love me, Yeji. But, I feel like you don't trust me enough to say that you do."

"do you love me?" Yeji asked her back instead of answering her questions.

"I do love you. I love everything about you. I just want you to trust me, that's all. I miss your attentions just like how we used to care about each other. Recently... I feel like you became someone possessive. You're like a different person." Winter poured her heart out, speaking on what she feels.

"I was jealous, babe. I don't like seeing you getting close with other girls."

"what other girls? I'm doing something all human do, being kind to people. This is the problem we have, Yeji." Winter said as calm as possible. "honestly, I have a problem with that. you've accused me of something I didn't do. I never flirt with them, not with anyone." Winter takes another breath. "I understand what you feel. I don't like it when you're with someone else either but I trust you."

"did Karina told you something? Why are you acting like this?" Yeji raised an eyebrow, as if being offended by what she said. "I trust you, Winter. I know I might act a little demanding but I did it all because I'm afraid. You might be thinking that I'm overthinking things, which is true, but please know that I care about you."

"what do you want me to do, then? how can I assure you that I'll always be yours?" Winter thought this is their last shot to make everything okay.

"I don't want you to do anything. I've asked too much from you." Yeji looks down.

"seriously, Yeji. I'm tired of hearing your suspicions towards me. every time I have a new female friend. You told me I was too nice, too close, too friendly, flirty. Just tell me what you want."

"see? you know what's bothering me. why don't you change how you act instead of blaming me?" Yeji looks back at her. "I could easily trust you if you wouldn't be too friendly to all your female friends."

Winter scoffed, looking down. it's easy for Yeji to turn her words against her. usually, at this point, Winter would just give up on the argue.

"I'm not blaming you. I was asking, what do you want me to do, to make you trust me. I'm tired of your over-possessiveness." Winter paused to think. "I can't continue this if you keep using my words against mine. You're not the only victim here. I need you to understand me like you used to do, care for me, ask me how I'm doing every day. Because, clearly, I'm not fine, right now. not at all." Winter is still holding the girl's hand. "instead, all I hear from you were mostly where I am and who I'm with. Was that all you care about?"
