The World Cup finals was not a day for messing around, it was straight business with an occasional mental breakdown here and there from Catalina. She couldn't believe where she stood at the moment and every few minutes or so a smile would grace her face. Now Catalina wasn't much of a strong religious person, but she did quite often do some prayers, first to her grandmother and second for the people in her life's well being. It was a calming mechanism especially for big games.
"You got this mamãe" Junior encouraged her as they sat around the bedroom waiting for his father.
"Thank you meu filho" giving him a kiss on the nose the door to the bathroom opened and out stepped a styled Cristiano.
"Listo, mi amor?" Cristiano asked being just as nervous as his girlfriend for today.
"No, but I have to be" running her hands through her ponytail she had the urge to pull at her hair but couldn't as some was pulled into braids.
"Você olhar linda" the little boy complimented her as they held hands on the way out.
"Graças a você" the boy smiled at her words as braided into two of the strands was the strings of Juniors cleats. A good luck charm if you will.
"You'll do amazing, linda" Cris reassured before pulling her into a chaste kiss then leaving the hotel where they unfortunately had to split ways.
"See you in a minute" with one last look she watched as her boys made their way to collect their rental from valet as she waited with the rest of the team for their bus.
This game was theirs, it had to be or else she wouldn't know what to do. She knew if by some unfortunate circumstance that if they were to lose there would be nothing to be done from stopping her bawling her eyes out on the field. Looking at the faces of her teammates she knew that she wasn't the only one nervous and this time there was nothing that she could say to help ease their nerves.
"Alright let's get going girls" and with that they were off to see if they would submit there name into history.

"You nervous" asked Leo to Cristiano as he welcomed him into their private suite.
"Not as nervous as your sister" he pointed out to where the group of women sat stretching their legs.
"I don't think I've ever seen her this rattled" his once strong and confident sister looked to be reduced to a nerve wreck.
"She'll be fine" both of them has their eyes solely focused on the women below them wearing the number 11 jersey.
"So do you have the thing" Leo looked around as the secret was still—well a secret.
"Yeah it's in my pocket" he clutched the box every now and then to help remind him that he in fact did not lose it or leave it at the hotel.
"Can I see it" being the natural nosy person he is he had to see it.
"Yes but turn this way" they both faced the wall and turned their back to the stadium ensuring no one could see what they were seeing. It looked funny when you looked at it.
"Pai, what are you doing?" Junior asked his dad from where he sat besides Thiago.
"Nothing filho go back to your game" whatever game was occurring between the two children was quickly ended as they both faced their fathers.
"Yeah papá what are you guys looking at we want to see" eagerly now both Junior and him made there way over to their fathers.
"Nada, hijo now how about you and Junior go with mom to pick some snacks" Antonella was currently chatting up his mother but once hearing her name turned around with a raised eyebrow.
