Our minds are like sponges, like dry sponges, they'll absorb everything that comes their way, whether it's good for them or bad, Ubiquitous, means everywhere all the time, and that's how this generation minds are, this youth is like this.
We need to learn how to cultivate our own minds, in order to stimulate it, we need to learn how to stimulate our own minds, so we can preserve it, so we can preserve our own consciousness, and by stimulate, I don't mean distract, you can entertain yourself all you want.
