This will be a long one.

Sebastian smiled warmly as he met her on the dance floor, giving her a graceful dip that made her giggle excitedly.
"I do love hearing your laugh, flower. We missed you so much." He said softly as he stood her back up.
"So you keep saying... and I'm inclined to believe you." She chuckled, remembering how intense he'd been the other day. Ominis was intent on letting her rest for a bit, though.
"You'll forgive us if we're going to spoil you for a bit." Sebastian grinned as he spun with her. "You deserve a bit of spoiling, anyway." Especially with what he'd seen of her family.
"I certainly won't argue with it." She chuckled with a soft blush.
"What were you and Ominis talking about, anyway? You looked so somber at times. Leave it to Ominis to have a serious conversation while whisking you around the dance floor." He rolled his eyes a bit.
"I was saying that I've not been to meet Love, and I was wondering if I would. Plus talking about how we grew up similarly."
"Well, I wouldn't know about how you two grew up, but I do know it's probably best that you don't go to that place. Love is powerful, and can be merciless. My visits have never been entirely pleasant." He said softly. "But you know that." He reached up to flick one of her curls playfully as he smiled.
"I do. I wish I could make it easier for you." She sighed.
"Oh you do, flower. Whenever I come home you welcome me back happily. That's more than I could ever ask for." He said warmly.
She felt her heart skip with that and glanced away bashfully as he chuckled.
"So adorable. You do like it when I say those soft things, don't you? Though Ominis is far better at frilly words."
"I think it's because you don't say them often." She said softly. "Or to anyone else."
"Of course not." His smile turned warm. "You and Ominis are the only ones who hear those words."
She blushed again and smiled, leaning closer to him as they danced.
"What do you think will happen when we graduate?" She asked softly against his shoulder.
"Well... that's kind of up to you, flower." He moved his hand slyly from her waist to her hip. "We won't be worried about school work anymore. We'll be able to spend most days together. We could travel a bit, or perhaps settle into the house a bit more."
"Settle?" She asked curiously. They were settled enough, weren't they?
"Start a family, sweetheart." He said huskily with one of his killer smiles.
She nearly tripped at the words as she turned red, but luckily he caught her with a little chuckle of amusement.
"Like I said, it's up to you. We move as fast or slow as you'd like." He said, making sure she was back on her feet before he started moving again. "But I know we're all here for the long term. This last week has shown how vital we all are to each other."
Diane smiled softly, because she'd felt that as well. The danger of never seeing them again had been so horrifying, so terrible. She never wanted to be without them again, even if she couldn't remember any of it. "I wish I could remember what happened." She sighed unhappily.
"It's probably best you didn't, flower. You weren't yourself." Sebastian said softly.
"I suppose. You act as if I did terrible things." She said in a small voice.
