[A/N: Annyeonghaseyo guyseu 🥹 Sorry for not updating for weeks 😭 I've been busy so it has been hard for me to find time to write kaya ngayon lang nakapag-update 😭 Sorry.

So ayun po. This will be the part one of our Epilogue since sobrang haba ng magiging Epilogue natin as this is Jaxon's POV. I wanted to start writing the Epilogue sa flashback ng pagkakaibigan ni Aimi at Jaxon hanggang sa present time. I'll try to update again for the part two at baka iyon na ang last before officially closing this story.

[Jaxon's POV]

"Why are you crying?" Tanong ko sa batang Aimi. She was at the corner of our school's playground alone and crying.

She looked at me with tears in her eyes. "No one wants to be my friend." Umiiyak na sagot niya.

Lumapit ako sa kanya at yumuko para punasan ang luha niya gamit ang kamay ko. "I can be your friend. Huwag ka nang umiyak."

Tiningnan niya ko while sobbing. "You want to be my friend?"

Tumango ako. "I'll protect you from those bullies. You don't need a friend like them. I can be your friend."

Pinunasan niya gamit ang braso niya ang mga luha at tinignan ako sa mga mata ko. "Promise?" She asked and put her pinky finger in front of me. Iniabot ko ang pinky finger ko and we do a pinky promise.

"I promise." I told her.

It was a vivid memory of me and Aimi when we first met. We were just 4 years old when we met each other.

I can't forget this memory because our parents keep on telling this story to us sa tuwing may pagkakataon. Iyon daw kasi ang ikinuwento namin sa kanila noong mga bata kami kaya kahit napakatagal na ng araw na iyon ay naaalala ko pa rin.

And I know I'll never forget that day because that brought Aimi to my life.

Aimi is my only girl best friend. She becomes my family. Without her, I know my life won't be completed. That's how attached I am to her.

We were kindergarten when I first met her. She has no friends because she's a foreigner so our classmates always bullied her kaya naman bata pa lang ay ako na ang taga pagtanggol niya.

"Stop bullying her!" Naiinis na sabi ko. We're in Grade 1 when our classmates keep on teasing her and calling her names just because she doesn't understand them.

She don't speak Filipino so she doesn't talk a lot. Palagi lang siyang tahimik at walang gustong lapitan siya dahil hindi siya nagsasalita kaya naman palagi ay ako ang katabi niya at kasama niya.

"Isn't it true? She's deaf and mute! She's abnormal! Hindi siya bagay rito!" Sagot sakin ng lalaking classmate namin.

"She's normal! She just don't understand our language yet since she lived abroad!" I told them pero sinasabihan pa rin nila ng masama si Aimi kaya naman sa unang pagkakataon ay nagawa kong makipag-away.
