I'm sorry for not updating for weeks. I'm on my hiatus now. I'm working on writing the last part of the Epilogue and after that, baka hindi na po muna ako magsulat ulit 🥺🥺. I'll upload a separate note for this kasama ng thank you note ko. I don't know if makakabalik pa ba ko 😭😭

For now, I hope you'll enjoy this long update. I don't know if this is satisfying or not, but I hope it is.

"Good luck on your competition," sabi ko kay Aimi nang ihatid ko siya sa gallery ng school kung saan ipapakita ang mga gawa nila for the competition. I haven't seen her piece yet since hindi niya gustong ipakita. Ayaw kasi niya na malaman namin kung anong artwork ang gawa niya because the 30% of the criteria is audience votings.

She wants to play fair kaya wala kahit isa saming mga kaibigan niya ang nakakaalam ng itsura ng gawa niya. As if I won't recognize it tho.

I-o-open ang gallery mamaya dahil magkakaroon ng botohan kung kaninong artwork ang magugustuhan ng mga pupunta.

"Thank you," sabi niya sakin at ngumiti sakin bago nagpaalam na papasok na sa loob.

Nasa auditorium kami to listen our teachers give their speech and watch some performances mula sa mga students who participated. One of them is Axel who'll sing with his band. Kasali kasi siya sa school band. He's a guitarist and lead vocalist. I envy how great he can sing.

After a couple of hours at pinalabas na kami para pumunta sa mga booths. Per grade level and sections are required to have their own booth. Our section decided to have a playing memory booth which you can get a Polaroid picture or a film strip when you play our game. We even have a photo booth where group of friends can try to take their photo. Naghanda kami ng mga laro na nilalaro ng mga bata to feel nostalgic.

The theme of our program is nostalgia in which each grade level will have to think how each student can feel nostalgic when they try their booth.

Isa si Aimi sa nakaisip na gawin ito since she's our class president. At talaga namang pasok sa tema ng school program ang booth namin.

Marami na agad ang nakapila at kanina pa ko inaaya ng mga customer namin na kumuha ng picture na kasama sila pagkatapos nilang maglaro. Even if you don't win, you can have a photo of yourself or as a group since naisip namin na sayang ang effort nila kung wala silang maiuuwing remembrance.

"Ang benta mo talaga sa mga babae!" Natatawang sabi ng mga kaklase ko. Usually ang mga sumusubok ng laro ay para makakuha ng picture nila na kasama ako.

Even the marriage booth, kanina pa may sumusubok na hulihin ako for a shotgun wedding pero hindi ako pumapayag since kailangan ako sa booth namin. The other section understand it tho at mga pinsan ko na lang ang kinukulit. Kai and Leo are even happy playing along with them.

We heard an announcement that the gallery is now open at pwede na raw bumisita. No one knows kung kanino ang mga makikita nilang artwork sa gallery kapag punta nila para walang maging bias sa mananalo. Students will votes kung sino ang gusto nila.
