Just over a week left until a new story is out. Any predictions for how this story is going to turn out?

Clay POV.

I continued along trying to find Monica's room, but before I got too far the familiar ravenette woman stepped out of a room further down the hallway. "Clay." She grinned. "I'm so happy to see you. Our son is so excited." I decided not to comment about how her kid is not actually my son, but didn't and just said something about how I was happy to be here instead.

She took my hand, which I also wasn't liking but wasn't going to comment about and she opened the door to her room, where I was immediately met with a five year old boy running over to me eagerly.

"Noah, look who it is." She smiled at the small boy whose eyes were wide and bright. Before I could say or do anything he jumped into my arms and I had to hold him tightly to stop him from falling backwards.
"Dad?!" He asked, excited tears brimming at his eyes. "I didn't think you'd actually come!"

"I told you that he would, didn't I?" Monica asked the small boy who nodded before moving off of me to embrace her instead. "I brought Dad back."
"Thanks mom!" He said happily, but with tears in his eyes. "Thanks for getting Dad back."

The small child's words made me feel bad, the way he was so eager to be with me after being fatherless his whole life made me feel guilty. I didn't say anything though, since this was only for ten hours I could handle him calling me 'Dad', and I could handle Monica playing family with me, since after today I won't be harassed by her anymore.

She had always been cunning though, and I knew what she was going to try and do today. If Monica showed me the perfect life with her and her kid; going to movies, nice lunches, laughter filled conversations, then I would come back to the pair of them and we'd be Hollywood's most beloved couples again, but I was not planning on doing that.

"So what is the plan for today?" I asked her, with Noah having moved back to hugging me again which I allowed. "What are we going to be doing?"
"Well first we'll be going to be going to a nice family breakfast at the hotel restaurant downstairs, and then I was planning on us spending the day at a theme park, doesn't that sound fun?"

"Yes!" The child squealed excitedly. "Pancakes and bacon!" He began running around the room happily and full of energy, causing me to let out a small chuckle at the sight.
"Noah, go put your shoes on." Monica instructed, to which the boy nodded and ran off while we both watched him with a laugh.

"That is the happiest I have seen him in a while." Monica commented as she leaned against me without me saying anything. "I want to thank you for doing this."
"Well I want to thank you for taking down that post of George. It's been kinda hard for him recently and it made him feel better... after he got drunk."

"After today, I promise you that I will not say anything bad about George online. And, I'm sorry about what I have done in the past. I was just mad and upset about what was happening and acted like a child."
"I uh-forgive you." I responded. "So how about we make a clean slate, starting today."

"That'll be perfect." Monica smiled at me, her hands wrapping around my arm. "For today at least, we can be a family. Noah can have both his father and his mother together for once." And once again I didn't say anything as she told me this.

George POV

"Fuck, my head!" I groaned as my hand moved to rub at my forehead, attempting to soothe my hangover for a few long moments before sitting up. I looked over to my side so I could see Clay, only to find that he was not there.

That wasn't too bad though, he might be in the bathroom or watching TV in the main room. The bedside table had a glass of water, some panadol, and some crackers, but as I sat up so I could have a drink I also noticed a note. After having the water and panadol I grabbed the neatly folded piece of paper and read out what it said.

Reading what he said made me somewhat sad, since after having a hangover I would have liked to just lay with him for a while. But his words did give me some motivation, his idea for me to find a restaurant to eat at sounded nice, and since I had a bit of money from my account from my last few weeks of work I could splurge on a meal for him.

So I sat up, now feeling determined. I went onto my phone, ignoring the hundreds of notifications from Twitter and Instagram as I went onto Google and began looking up the fanciest restaurants in London. Then I began looking at reviews to find the best one.

There were all sorts of restaurants in the area which I quickly came to realise. From five star Mexican and Italian, to three star family buffets. Each one that I saw I spent ages considering whether Clay would like it or not, and if he would want me to spend my money so he could eat there.

For each of them though, I eventually turned them down. I didn't want Clay to end up eating somewhere that he wouldn't like, especially after he looked out of me when I selfishly got drunk.while he was away for an afternoon. Plus, I needed some way to thank him after he had put up with me when I lost the necklace he gave me.

Eventually I came across a restaurant that I thought he might like, it was four stars and had some nice looking food. In fact, it was apparently well loved by couples, with most of the meals being larger ones which were to be shared. I went to a new tab and began looking over photos from the menu.

It looked perfect for the two of us. Since it was past 11:30, the restaurant had already opened for the day and so I called them. Fast forwarding another three minutes I had a table for two booked at 7:30, and felt all bubbly with pride as I ended the call. Then I texted Clay with the address and time so he would be there.
