Rui Kaneshiro x Male!Reader (Req)

I chuckled as Akito pushed Tsukasa off his back. They both started heading back to where I was. Akito grumbled something that I couldn't hear but it was probably something about hating his life. "I didn't know you could run that fast! Impressive." I pat Akito on the back.

"There's a lot you don't know about me." Akito smirked. "Like how you're in love with Toya?!" I said, a bit too loudly. "Shut up and never speak to me again." Akito turned away, flustered. I placed my hands on my knees and burst out laughing.

-To the actual story-

I exhaled loudly and grabbed my water bottle. "That was so tiring." I said. "All you did was sing." Akito rolled his eyes at me. "Do you need a inhaler?" My friend asked me. I shook my head and sat down. I noticed a pair of eyes on me and saw Rui staring at me. I softly smiled and turned away before I visibly blushed.

-Timeskip to after blue team cheers-

I was in awe of blue teams cheer when I heard Tsukasa yell. "That was so cool! Definitely something Rui would come up with!" I nodded my head in response. "And I can't believe we came in first!" I facepalmed. "Coming in first doesn't matter. It's about having fun and showing off your talents." I said.

Tsukasa laughed and put his arm around my shoulder. "We did have fun! It makes it even better that we got first! Hahahah!" Tsukasa said. I noticed the blue team walking away, probably to the after party. "We should join them." I said. Tsukasa walked off and started ̶b̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶i̶n̶g̶ talking to Akito.

I paused when I saw Rui walking up to me. "You did good on your cheer." "Thanks! But you did so much better than us. Especially with those special effects." Rui smiled. "Were you going to the after party as well?" He asked. I nodded. "Speaking of, we should probably get back to them." My voice trailed off in the end.

Rui was about to walk away but stopped. "Y/N?" He questioned. I walked up to Rui and pulled on his collar to meet my level. I slowly leaned forward to kiss him. Our lips quickly met and disconnected from each other. I widened my eyes in shock of what I did and I freaked out.

"Oh my god! I can't believe I just did that! I'm so sorry!" I covered my red face with my hands. Rui chuckled and pulled my hands down. I expected him to drag me to the after party with him but was shocked when he kissed me again. We both pulled away and Rui smiled. "Let's go shall we?"

(Author's Note: Omg this was kinda awkward and embarrassing to write but it kinda gave me butterflies too?!? This was also my first time writing something like that so sorry if it's bad. Anyways I hope you liked it!)
