"Do you want to play a game with me Y/N?" Nene asked, holding up a Nintendo Switch Joycon. "No thanks." Y/N continued to stare at their homework. They sighed and face planted into the multiple papers, books, and tablet in front of them.
"Are you okay? Do you need to help?" Nene asked. "I'm fine." They lied. They were struggling. "Alright, talk to me if you need anything." Nene said, focusing on her game. Y/N groaned and started doing their homework.
A few minutes later, Y/N completely gave up on doing their homework and leaned on Nene's chair. "I'm bored. Give me attention." Nene slowly leaned her head on Y/N's shoulder. "Good enough." Y/N smiled.
Y/N kept staring at the game Nene was playing before grabbing their phone. They called a pizza place while Nene was still playing Animal Crossing. Nene glanced at Y/N's phone and waved them over. "Yes?" "Can you buy a cheese pizza, please? I'm hungry." Nene asked.
"Of course! Anything for you baby girl." Y/N bit their lip. Nene smiled, almost laughed, and turned back to her game. As soon as someone answered the phone, Y/N dropped their phone and accidentally ended the call.
"Dang it." Nene laughed at her significant other failing to call a pizza place. "Don't laugh!" "Haha, you're cute." Nene smiled. "I know." Y/N huffed. Nene moved from her chair to her bed and sat down. "I love you." She said and hugged Y/N.
