Eliott's POV

Papa quickly rushes all of us to the safe room, and Denver isn't very happy about the fact that he has to be here too, but he didn't complete the basic training yet, so he can't fight.

I enter the room, but I quickly realise that Reggie still didn't come back, so I turn to papa.

But before I can tell him, we hear the warriors howl for more help, so he quickly leaves to help them.

Denver takes this chance to leave the house so he can join the battle, and his mate follows him.

"Reggie isn't here." I say to Fred, and he swears under his breath, but he nods in acknowledgement anyway.

"We should find him." He tells me.

"You're not going anywhere, Reggie has a bigger chance to survive in the middle of an attack then you do." He tells me, and I roll my eyes.

"We will be back soon." I tell him, and before he can argue, I take Fred's hand, and I lead him out of the door.

I know that it's stupid to leave in the middle of the attack, but I wouldn't be able to sit in the safe room, while my brother might be getting killed.

So, I have to find him quickly, and I will drag him towards the nearest safe room.

We walk around the woods for a while, the attack seems to be on the other side of the pack, but I can smell Regies smell here, so I think that it's a good sign.

The smell soon ends, meaning that he had masked it, and I swear under my breath.

"I think we should go back, now we won't be able to find him, and it's dangerous to be here." Fred tells me, and I nod.

So, we shift into our wolf form to get back faster, but we are stopped when Reggie jumps off of one of the trees that are far from us, but not out of our view.

He runs towards us, and he climbs on my back, when I know that he sits good enough to not fall, I run off towards our house, with Fred running alongside me.

"You have to turn right, some of the enemy wolves are on our path." Reggie tells me, so Fred and I quickly do as we were told, and I mind link papa to tell him about it.

"What are you doing out of the house?" Papa asks, worry clear in his voice.

"I had to find Reggie, we're running back towards the house now." I tell him.

"Run towards the training grounds, there should be a lot of guards on your way, I don't want you to open the safe room in our house." He tells me.

So, I quickly tell Fred about the change of direction, and we run towards the training grounds.

I wonder how Reggie knew that there were enemy wolves in front of us, while neither Fred, or I were able to smell them yet.
