I woke up in the morning with Taehyung squished between my arms and his face snuggling deep in the crook of my neck.
I guess he likes it there.
I brought our warm bodies closer as the feel of his bare skin on my flesh felt so unreal.
I needed to make breakfast and check up on his majesty, but, he whined with displeasure as I tried to get out of bed silently.
"hyung~ don't go" he pouted his swollen glossy lips and whined.

"Rest well. You did a good job last night" I pat his fluffy head and he smirked "Glad you like it" he leaned into my touch like a puppy.
"Now you are awake, take a bath and meet me in the living area"
"ok," he leaned and left a kiss on my lips softly before going to the bathroom butt naked.
I chuckled to myself and made my way to the lounge.
Quiet
Too quiet
My heart sank in the deepest ditches of my stomach as I ran towards the open cage and a clean room.
There was no sign of Koo in the room.
There was no mess in his place.
He was
Gone.
