"Why are you late?" Mira scrunched her face a little in annoyance, how had he noticed her. His back was facing her still and he looked like he was paying more attention to his book than to the rest of his students.

"Sorry, I failed to wake up. Somehow my alarm hummingbird escaped." Mira said glaring at her sister who shrugged.

"If you had come a half hour later from now, you would have completely missed the training I had assigned today. They've been here for three hours now." Kai said, finally turning around.

"It was not my fault! Nin-"

"I do not want to hear you blame someone for your tardiness brat." Kai glared. Mira glared back at him, then at Nina.

Fuckers.

She then walked towards them and stood there whilst they were all doing handstands. She tried to awkwardly look like she was also doing something productive too with her peers.

"Hi Mira!" She heard a timid voice. She looked at her upside down friend Elias and gave a small smile, still bummed about getting scolded.

"Everyone dismissed." Kai said as they all started to scatter, other than Mira still standing there. Kai walked towards her and bent down to her level and raised an eyebrow, "You're not moving."

"I was late, there is no way you're letting me get away this easily." Mira stated, regaining her glare.

"I said everyone did I not?"

"Yet you did not mean me now did you? It was not my fault, Nina let go of my-" Kai cut her off with a whack on her head. "You can't do handstands can you?"

Mira shook her head.

"You're unfair, why do you always punish me and never Nina?!" She charged pointing a finger at him in a cartoon-like manner which made Kai smile.

"I haven't caught your sister doing anything wrong." He said lifting her shirt's collar from behind her back followed by her whole body projecting off of the ground which made her squeak.

"But she is sabotaging me- AAHH!" She screamed when she suddenly felt herself move at what felt like light's speed. She could not move this fast so, what the fuck?!

Mira then calmed a little understanding that Kai was probably moving while holding her. His lightening speed was something she had never felt and it was thrilling to say the least. Would she run this fast too one day?

"Hang onto that branch." He halted. She listened to his instruction. Once she had held onto the branch like the submissive idiot that she was, Kai let go of her. She then looked down and let out a scream.

"Shush trouble, you're going to get people worried." Kai said with a smile.

At that point Mira wondered, was Kai evil?!

She was hanging off of what felt like a good forty feet above the ground.

"Kai please, I'm really scared, and I'm a veRY WEAK PERSON WHERE ARE YOU GOING?! KAI." Mira transitioned to screaming once she saw him jump to the ground with ease. What exactly were his powers? Mira now realized she had no clue of what it was.

Powers are inherited by shinobis from their ancestors and then branched into sub genres as the individuals train and grow as ninjas. The Nagami house worked mainly with invisibility, which was extremely powerful and tricky. Mira's father had completely mastered the inherited powers and invented new attacks even, which he trained hard to achieve. His impel is essentially branched off of his own father's attack but is a better version. He had hopes for Nina to take impel and master the talent into a more well crafted, delicate blah blah blah-
