Chapter 143: Downpour

EUGENE

"Bitawan nyo ko! Kailangan turuan ng leksyon yang lalaking yan!" he grunts. 

"How dare you Quintin, Carlo looks up at you like his brother tapos ganito!?" he asked groaning.

"Ginamit lang ako. I didn't intend to do that. I was forced," sagot ni Quintin at saka bumuntong-hininga.

"Can I punch you?" Tumingin kami kay Dean na pinapatunog ang knuckles niya.

Quintin has no choice but to nod his head. Then and there, he slump on the ground again na may sugat sa labi dulot ng malakas na suntok ni Dean. 

"TANGINA MO!" Dean exclaimed at his face at aakma pa sanang suntukin ulit si Quintin pero pinigilan siya ni Joseph.

"BITAWAN MO KO!" umiiyak na sigaw ni Dean kay Joseph. 

"TANGINA MO, QUINTIN! PUTANGINA MO!" 

"Hear him out," he said in a calm tone at tumingin kay Quintin.

Tinulungan ko ulit si Quintin na tumayo but he just sit up on the road, turned his head down. "I...I'm sorry..." bulong ni Quintin. Tumabi si Franco sa akin para hawakan ang likuran ni Quintin. "I thought it's for good," he mumbles , hissing because of the wound in his lower lip.

"GOOD?! PUTANGINANG GOOD YAN!" sigaw ni Dean.

"You should be thankful na hindi ko sinabi kay Reina Joy ang tungkol sa involvement mo," said Joseph.

"Hindi pa niya alam?" tanong ni Quintin tilting his head at Joseph. Joseph nodded his head staring at Quintin.

"Sana sinabi mo-"

"For what? I couldn't risk my sister's happiness for her wrath. After all, you're just in love and dumb to realize that the one you love is using you," Joseph said before he turned his back at us.

"I don't want to hear any words after this. If all of you are still mad at Quintin because of his involvement, think about what he has done to make up for his stupid mistakes," he added before he rushed to Luiz. "Let's go to Mathrica's place." Tumango si Luiz at nilabas ang susi ng kotse niya.

"I'm disappointed in you, Quintin," Dean said at saka sumunod kela Joseph. 

Quintin nodded his head.

"Franco." Tumingin si Franco kay Henry at umiling.

"I'll go with them. Walang kotse si Quintin at Eugene. We'll be using my car," he said. Tumango si Henry at sumakay sa kotse niya kasama si Gino, Ivan, Ken, and Benj. 

Dumako ang tingin ko kay Quintin na nakayoko hawak-hawak ang labi niya.

"Okay ka lang?" I asked. 

Quintin laughs and nods his head.

"Why do you ask? I deserve this though for being a jerk," he answers, still laughing.

"About Mathrica-" Before Franco could finish his words, Quintin cut him off.

"Dean is right,"

"A-Anong ibig mong sabihin?" naguguluhan na tanong ni Franco. 

If he is referring about Mathrica's issue with Topherson the Grade 12 and Dean, eversince, I sided to Dean too. Hindi nagsisinungaling si Dean, mukha lang siyang loko loko but he always have hard time lying. He barely know how to do that.

"Mathrica confesses to me na nandaya nga siya sa HTML Exam." Franco's lips parted dahil sa sinabi ni Quintin. 

I saw hints of disappointment there that I wish I didn't see. He adores Mathrica so much for her beautiful face and generous figures but I guess that'll change now?
