Yeosang and Wooyoung

Having been friends for nine years, it was no secret that Yeosang and Wooyoung were closer than anyone else in the group. But they had also developed other friendships and sometimes they neglected each other for their other friendships.

And sometimes those moments of neglect led to jealousy.

Wooyoung had been in a bad mood for a couple of days now but no one could figure out why. No one except Yeosang.

The reason for Wooyoung's bad mood was simple. Recently Yeosang had been spending more time with Stray Kids and other groups, as well as their own members, than he had been with Wooyoung. It was starting to become apparent to the other members that something was different between the long-time friends.

Seongwha had a rule and Hongjoong completely supported it. The team always tried to spend as much time together as possible, outside of their schedule, but that wasn't always easy. Between their conflicting schedules, practices and sometimes just needing alone time, having time together outside the company didn't always happen. So once a week, they had a day to just eat dinner together and they would usually watch a movie.

It was that day. And it was going to be quite eventful.

They had ordered food, none of them felt like cooking, and had sat down to eat. Yeosang was going to be sitting between Hongjoong and Mingi with Wooyoung straight across from him on the right side of Hongjoong, who was at one end of the table, and Jongho beside him. San was on the other side of Jongho and Seongwha sat at the opposite end of the table off from Hongjoong. Having Yeosang and Wooyoung across from each other had seemed like a good idea at the time but the oldest two would come to regret it later.

Already it was tense when they all sat down. Yeosang having no idea why Wooyoung was annoyed with him but at the same time he knew why. That didn't make it any less awkward for the others.

But,that wasn't until later. The story actually begins a few minutes before they sat down.

"Hyung, just a heads up! Sangie and Wooyoung are at each other pretty bad today" Jongho, San, Mingi and Yunho entered the kitchen. Hongjoong sighed; he had noticed the growing tension between the two best friends and while he had hoped to go one more day without things blowing up, he knew that was wishful thinking. Of course the one night the whole team had to relax would be when things went horribly wrong.

"Do you want me to talk with them?" Seongwha offered.

"Yeah, I'll talk to Wooyoung if you'll talk with Yeosang. Keep them out of trouble tonight" Hongjoong nodded, going to set some of the food out and going to Wooyoung's room. Seongwha went across the hall to San, Yeosang and Mingi's room

"Knock, knock. Can I come in?" Hongjoong pushed the door open. Wooyoung pulled his earphones out and waited for his leader to start talking.

"I know something is going on between you and Yeosang but whatever it is, try to put it aside tonight. We haven't had a break like this in forever and we all need it. So try to get along. Seongwha-hyung is talking to him too so your both to leave each other alone. Do you understand?" Hongjoong lectured. Wooyoung's smile vanished at the mention of Yeosang but he did understand. Of course Hongjoong wouldn't any problems on that specific night.

"Of course hyung. I promise" Wooyoung nodded, his smile returning.

"I'm serious, Wooyoung. Either of you cause trouble tonight and we'll have a conversation in my room" Hongjoong considered that he had said enough and got up to leave. Wooyoung was well aware of what a conversation in Hongjoong's room entailed.

Seongwha was having a quite similar conversation with Yeosang but it was going entirely differently then he had expected.

"What happens between me and Wooyoung is not my fault! I'm not the one you have to worry about, hyung!" Yeosang's innocent face took on a dark glare at the thought of his friend and their seemingly never-ending feud.
