Hongjoong was pissed. He had never been so humiliated and angry before than he was right then. Seongwha was staring at the floor, his face completely pale like a ghost. He had not moved in several minutes and Hongjoong was beginning to think that either Seongwha was so lost in his own mind or he had figured out how to fall asleep with his eyes open.

It all started three days before.

"This is so unfair!" Wooyoung huffed as he walked into his and San's room, turning to watch the leader. San looked just as upset at the current events but he said nothing, letting Wooyoung do all the confrontation.

"Sorry. Maybe you'll think better next time you decide that playing a prank on Mingi is a good idea. Three days; please don't do anything stupid" Hongjoong closed the door. Wooyoung huffed again and sat down on his bed, staring at San.

"This is unfair!" Wooyoung repeated.

"You said that already" San responded. Wooyoung rolled his eyes. It was quiet for a minute before the younger of the two perked up and he looked at San with a devilish glint in his eye.

"I have an idea" He whispered. That couldn't mean anything good and San knew it.

"What is it?" San was going to regret engaging in Wooyoung's idea the moment he opened his mouth.

"Just wait until we get out of here. Their going to wish they had never confined us to this room" Wooyoung looked around the room in disgust. San had a bad feeling about this. He still went along with it.

Three days later, Seongwha went to tell Wooyoung and San that they were free to come out of their room. He had noticed that something was wrong, there were several signs but the most noticeable was how stiff and just fake their apologies had sounded when they faced Seongwha and Hongjoong. He had just never thought they would go this far.

"Are you still awake?" Hongjoong poked the oldest in the arm, genuinely worried now. Seongwha didn't look at him or even move the slightest bit.

"Yes" He answered softly. Hongjoong nodded, leaving him alone. They had to go talk to Wooyoung and San but he didn't want to leave the comfort of his room. It seemed that was the only safe place there was. An entire dorm, and he only felt safe in this one room. It wasn't even that the dorm wasn't safe, Hongjoong knew it was, but Wooyoung and San had made them feel so...on edge that it was like the oldest two were now strangers in their own home. In reality, what Wooyoung and San did hadn't even been that bad but it was unexpected and more disrespectful than anything they had ever done before.

"Stay here" Hongjoong got up, preparing himself for what he had to do. Thoughts of earlier that day replayed in his mind on a loop.

"Hello, Wooyoung!" Seongwha smiled brightly when he noticed the younger walking into his room. Hongjoong barely looked up from his computer but he too acknowledged his dongsaeng's presence. Wooyoung didn't say anything, unnerving the older two. Hongjoong finally looked up, just in time to catch Wooyoung sitting down and grabbing Seongwha, using the oldest's momentary surprise against him.

"Jung Wooyoung! What do you think you are doing?" Hongjoong caught Wooyoung's wrist when the younger raised his hand again. In one quick movement, he pulled Seongwha up, pushing the oldest behind him protectively and putting himself between the two members. There were unshed tears in Seongwha's eyes as he looked at his brother, betrayal shining in his eyes like pools of light.

"Hyung" San looked nervous, appearing behind Hongjoong. The captain looked at his dongsaengs, slowly connecting the dots. He backed away slowly, pushing Seongwha back too. There was no way he was letting this happen. San seemed to sense the utter fear in Hongjoong's eyes because he retreated.

"Wooyoung, don't" San put a hand on Wooyoung's arm, stopping him from continuing with whatever he had been thinking. Hongjoong knew then that he was back in control.

"Both of you...go to your room" Hongjoong couldn't even look at them. San dragged Wooyoung from the room. Only then did the leader feel like he could breathe and he collapsed to the floor. Seongwha slowly eased onto the bed, looking at the floor with blank eyes. His usually innocent, boba eyes were now just fearful and scared.

Hongjoong stopped in front of the younger members' door, trying to push the thoughts of his head. He had to focus. Hongjoong yelled at Wooyoung and San for several minutes, getting so loud that he was told later someone called the landlord with a noise complaint and their manager was informed. That took a lot of explaining. In the end, the two faced the worst punishment they had ever received before and even then, nothing was the same. The trust between Wooyoung and San, and Hongjoong and Seongwha was broken. It was going to take a long time for it to be repaired.
