Seongwha had always been the nicest. He rarely ever lost his temper and when he did, he would always excuse himself from whatever was going on and go to his room. He didn't like snapping at his members or getting upset with them. However, everyone makes mistakes and when Seongwha is tired, he tends to have less of a control over his mouth and what he says.
"Seongwha" Hongjoong was still calm but there was stern edge to his voice. Seongwha tensed up, he didn't like that voice. Hongjoong only ever used that voice when he was talking to the younger members. Seongwha could count maybe only two times that Hongjoong talked to him like that.
"Yes Hongjoong" Seongwha knew what this was about. He was no idiot, he knew that San had probably told on him. San was very protective of his members, Wooyoung especially. Anyone who dared to hurt his best friend would regret it. Seongwha knew this and that's why he wasn't surprised.
"We've had a conversation about this" Hongjoong stated. Seongwha had his back turned to the leader, busying himself with folding and refolding the same shirt over and over again just so he didn't have to look at Hongjoong.
"Yes Hongjoong" Seongwha nodded. Hongjoong rolled his eyes, taking the chance since the older wasn't facing him.
"Turn around and look at me" Hongjoong demanded and Seongwha found himself obeying without thought. He knew better than to disobey Hongjoong.
"Sit down" The younger ordered. Seongwha turned briefly to set his shirt down, not moving even when he was back to facing Hongjoong.
"Hongjoong-" Seongwha tried to reason even though he knew it wouldn't work and would only make the leader more angry.
"Sit!" Hongjoong snapped, pointing to the bed. Seongwha scrambled over to the bed and sat down, not wanting to make things worse. It annoyed him how quickly his body would respond to Hongjoong despite his mind telling him to do the complete opposite of whatever the younger said. He wanted to be stubborn, to push Hongjoong's limits but the rest of him did not agree with what he was thinking.
"You were very rude" Hongjoong started off, as if Seongwha didn't know that already. He had known it before he even started yelling at Wooyoung, he knew it when Yeosang muttered a quiet 'stop hyung, please' amongst Seongwha's raging words. And he had known it when there was nothing but silence after he finished yelling, filled only by Wooyoung's cries. That was the only thing that kept Seongwha from losing his mind completely. If it had been nothing but quiet, he would have snapped again. Wooyoung's cries, Jongho's clenched fists ready to strike down on Seongwha at any moment and San's disappointed, angry and protective glare were the only things that kept Seongwha from snapping.
When Yunho calmly suggested that Seongwha take a breather, which was really code for 'I'm sending you to your room but I'm not saying it because your older but we both know this is what Hongjoong would've done if he were here', Seongwha didn't have the heart to argue and he went quietly.
"Yeah, I know" Seonwha admitted, looking at his hands. He did feel bad. He'd had too much time to think since he came up to his and Hongjoong's room. Seongwha wasn't really sure how long he had been in there but he hadn't dared to leave until Hongjoong came home and said he could. The oldest knew it was ridiculous; Hongjoong was younger than him but Seongwha still obeyed the leader no matter what. He had too much respect for the captain not to. Of course, Seongwha would never openly admit that.
"I've warned you about your words before. You have no control over them when your angry and I know you try your best to not show this in front of the kids but you and I both know it has become a problem" Hongjoong lectured. Seongwha just nodded along, feeling like a little kid as he sat there listening to his friend scold him. At some point, Seongwha wasn't really sure when, Hongjoong stopped talking and was staring at Seongwha, studying him like a piece of art in a museum.
"Did you hear anything I said?" Hongjoong had been able to tell quickly that his older friend was zoned out.
"No Hongjoong. I'm sorry" Seongwha admitted, knowing there was no point in trying to lie because then Hongjoong would ask what he had said and Seongwha wouldn't be able to answer.
"Right then. Since your not paying attention to anything I'm saying, let's get the matter of your attitude out of the way first and then we'll talk. Or I'll talk. You'll be listening with a bar of soap in your mouth" Hongjoong stood up. Seongwha felt a burst of anger; did Hongjoong really have to say things like that so calmly?! Like it was just everyday conversation!
"This isn't fair" Seongwha knew he said this every time but in his defense, he felt like it wasn't fair every time. Simply because he was older. He hadn't been spanked in a little over two years and that was not counting the few times Hongjoong or a staff member swatted him for being cheeky.
"I know. It's so unfair that there are consequences for your actions" Hongjoong responded sarcastically, making quick work of getting Seongwha's loose pants down and ignoring the low whine that the oldest gave in response. And yes, Seongwha knew that was childish and something that Wooyoung was more likely to do but he didn't care at the moment. Not when he was about to get spanked by his best friend like a little kid.

"This is stupid" Seongwha mumbled, folding his arms on the bed in front of him so he had somewhere to rest his head.
"Yep, it is" Hongjoong nodded. He was only agreeing with everything Seongwha said because he was aware that was the best way to keep a tantrum from taking place. The oldest huffed, burying his head in his arms. Just like Hongjoong said, he would do all the talking afterwards.
"Do you want to tell me why your here?" Hongjoong stopped again after twenty more well placed spanks, resting his hand on Seongwha's warm, and probably bright red, butt.
"I was rude to Wooyoung. I yelled at him" Seongwha responded, keeping his words short so he didn't start crying. Hongjoong smacked his thigh, making the older yelp in surprise.
"What else did you do?" Hongjoong prompted. Seongwha had to think for a minute, not sure what Hongjoong was referring to.
"Do you need help?" Hongjoong asked and Seongwha nodded, taking the offer without hesitation.
"What has Wooyoung been really insecure about lately?" Hongjoong had felt bad for his younger member when Wooyoung admitted to him that he felt really bad about his singing and didn't think he was doing good. Hongjoong had praised him constantly, showering Wooyoung in compliments when they recorded or listened to their songs. Even if the group was just singing and messing around for fun, Hongjoong noticed when Wooyoung sang and he made sure to tell the younger how amazing his voice was. Seongwha had taken all of that and thrown it away in a matter of seconds.
"Oh...his singing. I made fun of his singing, I didn't mean any of it!" Seongwha realized now what Hongjoong was talking about and to his dismay, he felt tears brimming in his eyes.
"It doesn't matter if you meant it or not. Do you think Wooyoug knows that? By the time you even got to insulting his singing, you had been yelling at him for so long that his mental walls were broken down and he was vulnerable. He believed every word you said. I don't care if you meant it or not, if you had yelled it at him or were even joking, you would still be in this same position" Hongjoong informed Seongwha and there was really no way the oldest could argue with that.
Hongjoong took bullying very seriously, Seongwha did too. Seongwha could even remember one time when the younger members were messing around with each other and Yeosang said something about Mingi's dancing. He had only been joking but Hongjoong still didn't think twice about turning the kid over his knee and turning his butt red.
"Ten more. As soon as we are done here and we've finished dealing with the cursing you did towards Wooyoung, I want you to go donwstairs nad write a list of all the things you like about our brothers. You will give the letters to our members and then you will come back up here for the rest of the day" Hongjoong was aware that was a little too harsh but Seongwha was the oldest, he was twenty-five and he knew to mind his words. Despite what Hongjoong told him to do, Seongwha never did go back to their shared room. Wooyoung wouldn't let him; the younger practically pinning Seongwha to the couch and clinging to him just so Seongwha wouldn't leave.
