Being the oldest in his family, Jongho struggled to adjust to being the maknae. Especially when it came to how he talked to his hyungs. He was grateful that they were patient with him but there were still some lines that could not be crossed.
"I can't take it anymore!" Wooyoung entered the room, flailing his arms about like a mad man.
"What can't you take anymore?" Yeosang asked, worried for his friend. Wooyoung may seem like the type to get annoyed easily but he actually had quite a strong sense of patience.
"Jongho!" Wooyoung answered, exasperated. Yeosang's eyes darkened and he turned away, ignoring the others. No one failed to pick up on that.
"What's wrong with Jongho?" Hongjoong wondered. He hadn't picked up on any strange behavior from the maknae recently. Obviously he had missed something.
"Everything! He's getting on my nerves hyung!" Wooyoung threw his hands up in the air again, sitting down next to San with a huff. He relaxed only a little when the older patted his shoulder comfortingly.
"Do you want to tell me what's been going on? How is Jongho annoying you?" Hongjoong was curious now as to what he had missed. Even Seongwha looked confused and that was a rare sight. The middle members looked at each other, moving into a circle on the floor and explaining everything. Once they had all finished talking, Hongjoong stood up and went to find the maknae; he needed to have a serious talk with the kid.
"Jongho, can we talk?" Hongjoong caught the youngest by the arm, leading him in the opposite direction that Jongho had been planning on going.
"What about?" Jongho pretended that he had not been a real brat the last few weeks. He honestly did not know why he had been so annoying but he figured that it was his turn. All his members acted like fake maknaes; why couldn't he, the real maknae, do it for once?
"The members had something interesting to say about you. Want to tell me anything?" Hongjoong shoved his hands in his pockets, smiling a little when Jongho subconsciously did the same thing.
"They were complaining about me?" Jongho guessed. Part of him felt hurt about that but he knew the reason. He would have done the same thing if someone had bothered him like he had been towards the members.
"Not complaining. They were worried, this isn't like you" Hongjoong corrected.
"I'm just stressed, hyung. They've been getting on my nerves too! It's not just me" Jongho defended himself.
"Well if you have a problem, you can come to me. But that's no excuse to treat them the way you have been, is it?" Hongjoong crossed his arms. Jongho shrugged, looking embarrassed.
"I'm going to go easy on you but if this happens again, I won't be as understanding" Hongjoong said, stopping. Jongho stopped walking too and turned to face him. Jongho nodded; vowing not to do it again. Hongjoong led the way into one of the side rooms, where they would have plenty of privacy.
Twenty minutes later, they both walked back out, careful not to be seen by any other groups, especially their seniors. That was not something they wanted to explain and Hongjoong didn't want to cause any embarrassment to his team or his maknae. Jongho apologized without a second thought to his group members, promising to do better and while Hongjoong did have to get after all of them a couple of times, there were no more issues for the rest of the day.

I definitely think this is the shortest one I have ever written so I apologize. I was planning on writing the actual spanking. Unfortunately, Jongho is still one that I am getting the hang of in capturing his personality correctly and how he would react so please be patient. Despite this being short, I hope you still enjoy.
