Dear Chris,
Most of the cast and I are aware that one of our cast members has been arrested/detained under your control and your personal charges. The crime he was arrested for was credit card fraud. But may I remind you in the fine print of the advertising campaigns and contracts for this show. It clearly states in section B paragraph 4 that this is an "all-inclusive/all expenses paid resort" thereby clearly stating the all food/drinks should be provided by the network/team. Thereby making you and your staff a liability. My lawyers are on the case as we speak. And from the looks of it you can either do the following. A) Drop the charges against Duncan Tarun by the end of today or B) Follow through with the charges against him but have your whole show get shut down and personally get sued the pants off for inaccurate/false marketing by yours truly. What's it going to be Chris?
