{same day, about an hour later, 6:45}

-Eddie POV-
I stared at the familiar smile spread across Ariel's beautiful features. "What?" She questioned playfully, " Nothing, I'm just glad you're in a better mood now, I love seeing you smile." I told her, placing a hand on her cheek, gently caressing her face.

" It's all because of you, Eddie. That's why I love you." She said it so genuinely, I couldn't hold back the urge to kiss her. I pressed kisses all over her face, she giggled that perfect laugh.

" I love you, too." I mumbled into her shoulder, about to kiss her bare skin. I lifted my head up when she suddenly turned around, she gasped loudly and I looked to see what she was looking at.

There stood Billy Hargrove, with a busted lip and a slowly forming black eye, " It's not that bad, is it?" He looked down at Ariel who stood between us, I moved a little ways from them and sat on a bench so they could talk or whatever. I watched as Ariel cupped Billy's cheek, " Are you okay?" I heard her ask him repeatedly, I couldn't hear the rest of the conversation, but I watched as Billy set a hand on her arm, she kept cupping his cheek, and he kept running his hand over her arms.

I watched her hug him, I then felt the same jealousy I felt every time I saw them together. He rubbed her back before pulling away, she then came walking back over to me, I saw him wave again before leaving.

I didn't know what to say yet so I waited for her to talk, " What's wrong?" She leaned closer to me, " Nothin' why?" She looked at me with a playful glare, "Eddie, I know when something's off, are you not having fun?" I shook my head she laid her head in my lap, " What is it then?"

"Well, I just, the way that Billy—" She gasped and sat up, rapidly turning around. " Eddie Munson! Are you you jealous?" She exclaimed, " No." I pouted, and she giggled, " You totally are!" She then leaned her head on my shoulder.

" No I'm not!" I said defensively like a small child, " You're cute when your jealous, Eddie. You don't have to be jealous, I only want you; and Nikki Sixx." She mumbled the last part and I looked at her with a fake glare.

"Okay, I know I'll never meet Nikki Sixx anyway. But I seriously mean that, Eddie. I love you." Her voice softened from her loud playful tone, to a quiet and relaxed tone.

" Come on, let's have fun!" The excitement then came back into her voice, " Hopefully we won't get interrupted again." She stood up and grabbed my hands, I mimicked her actions and stood up with her. We shared a smile, and I pulled her body close to mine.

The way the different lights flashed on her face as the sun set, made her look perfect. I tucked a few strands of hair behind her ear, I again couldn't take my eyes off of her. She turned her head to look at me, " Shit, I know those people, all— 9 of them. Why is everyone trying to stalk to me?" She joked, I broke my stare and looked over her shoulder, I only knew 2 out of the 9 people in the group.

-Ariella POV-
I mentally rolled my eyes at the group of people calling my name, it has to be right now? When I'm on a date, it has to be right fucking now?

I waved at Steve, who was standing with Robin, Nancy, Jonathan, and the Kids minus Will, did they really not invite him? " Sorry this keeps happening." I explained to Eddie as they all walked closer to us, " It's okay, don't apologize." Eddie swung his arm around shoulders, " It has to be today, " I said sarcastically as I sighed before smiling again.

"See Mike! We told you!" Max exclaimed, " So you are on a date?" Dustin stood in front of me, " Yeah, I am! So we're gonna go now—." I quickly took Eddie's hand and started running with him. I laughed as we ran in the opposite direction, literally running away.

"We're finally alone." I whispered in his ear before kissing his jaw. "You're pretty." I told him again, whispering against his lips before kissing him. He kissed me back and wrapped his arms around me. " You're prettier." He replied, " No way." I ran my fingers through his hair.

" Are you hungry?" He questioned, and I stared into his eyes. "Are you?" I looked into his deep brown eyes, he let out a soft chuckle. " I asked you first, which means you have to to answer first." I playfully rolled my eyes.

" Yeah, I am. Now you answer." I messed with the hem of his shirt, teasing him slightly. " So am I." He replied with a smile, I moved away from him when I realized he didn't get what I was saying.

His eyes scanned the nearby food stalls, there were only two on this side of the fair, one was a Hot Dog stand, with a long ass line, and the other was a Popcorn stand, with drinks. He looked at me, motioning to the stands.

"It's whatever you want." I told him and he led me over to the popcorn stand, "I'm starving and that line is way too long." He whined, tenderly resting his head on mine. " Yeah, It is." I grabbed his hand, I don't why I've been wanting to hold his hand all day, not that I don't want to, I just don't want to annoy him.

I then started thinking about random things, Eddie handed me a small bag of popcorn and a drink. " Eddie, I could've payed!" He shook his head, looking down at me. " No." He mumbled, before kissing my forehead. " Whatever we do next, I'm paying."

" No you're not." He said in a sing-song tone. He sat us down at another bench, pulling me into his lap, " Baby, this is a date. I pay, you don't even worry about a thing." He told me as he caressed my face.

" Yeah Eddie, 'It's a date. I pay, don't worry 'bout a thing, baby." I mocked him jokingly. He pulled me closer, I was now straddling him.

"You're cute." He booped my nose before standing up with me on him, he quickly grabbed my waist, holding me above him before setting me down. " Fireworks start in a few minutes, we could get a good view from there." He pointed to the Ferris Wheel.

I nodded and reached behind me for my wallet, " No ma'am, put that money right back where it was. " He told me like a kid that was about to do something bad, 'no ma'am',

" Eddie—, I'm not letting you pay for every-" He shut me up by smashing his lips against mine, while still kissing me, he grabbed the wallet from the hand and pushed it back into my back pocket.

His hands didn't leave my waist as he led me to the Ferris Wheel,

" I told you, you're not worrying about a damn thing."
