Mia woke up from her dream about Nate and quickly sat up.
"Not again" Mia said and groaned before getting up and heading downstairs for breakfast.

Mia was walking with Serena when Dan walked up to them. "Hey how's the how's AP Economics treating you both" Dan asked. "Ugh don't ask" Mia said and Dan smiled at Mia.
"Um well today there was a rousing debate about inflation versus liquidity which Isabella settled by calling Warren Buffett apparently he's her godfather" Serena said.
"Hey um so the other night seeing you was really nice" Dan said. "Wait did I miss something" Mia asked as she, Dan, and Serena sat down.
"No not much" Serena told Mia. "Now I know the first leg of the Dan-Serena let's be friends tour was a disaster but uh" Dan said.
"Well, we were young and stupid then now we're older and wiser" Serena said, and Blair came over.
"You have to help me destroy Chuck Bass" Blair said and sat down. "Ooh alright I'll take that as my cue to leave" Dan said and got up. "Oh, you're very perceptive" Blair said.
"Blair" Mia said. "Dan wait" Serena said. "If you're having a problem with Chuck than a man's perspective could be helpful" Serena told Blair.
"She's right maybe Dan can help" Mia said. "You know just because you two are making a doomed attempt at being friends doesn't mean I have to play the enabler" Blair said to Serena and Dan.
"Blair give it a shot" Mia said. "Blair come on" Serena said and Blair sighed while Dan sat back down.
"Well, um if you're plotting against Chuck Bass then I'm sure I can think of something" Dan said and Mia and Serena looked at Blair. "Fine" Blair said.
"I've an itch that only Chuck can scratch" Blair said. "Okay yep that's my cue later" Mia said leaving quickly.

There was a knock, on Mia's bedroom door and she quickly answered it. "Nate hey come in I'm almost ready" Mia said, and Nate did.
"Just one sec" Mia said and went to the bathroom and changed.
"Your usually always ready" Nate said. "Time slipped away I was reading this book, and I didn't realize the time" Mia said and walked back in and Nate looked at her almost like he was realizing truly how beautiful she was.
"What" Mia said seeing Nate looking at her. "Nothing you just look really beautiful" Nate said and Mia smiled.
"Thanks" Mia said and put on the necklace that Nate recognized the one as he got her not knowing if she knew the true reason why he got her that necklace.
"Is that the necklace I got you" Nate asked. "Yeah, I wear it every day" Mia said.
"You know the reason why I got you that necklace" Nate asked. "Cause we're friends right" Mia asked.
"Yeah right" Nate said, and Mia couldn't help but think he was lying. "Uh well I'm ready if you are" Mia said. "Let's go" Nate said and they left.

Nate and Mia were at dinner eating together when Nate decided to break the silence.
"You know something" Nate asked. "What" Mia said. "I miss this you know how we used to hang almost every day" Nate said.
"Well, we both got busy you had a girlfriend we had our own things to do just didn't have time I guess" Mia said. "Guess not but I miss it" Nate said. "Yeah, me too" Mia said continuing to eat her meal not realizing Nate was stealing glances to admire her beauty.
Nate kept glancing at the necklace Mia was wearing badly wanting to tell her the true meaning why he got her the necklace, and it wasn't because they were friends.
But he knew once he said it there was no going back.

Nate dropped Mia off at her place and Mia kept noticing Mia had been acting strange. "Nate are you okay" Mia asked. "Yeah fine" Nate said. "Why" Nate asked.
"You just been acting strange all night it's not like you" Mia said.
"I just been doing a lot of thinking these couple of days and I've realized some things" Nate said. "Anything I should know" Mia asked.
"No, no I'm fine" Nate said and Mia nodded going to go in when Nate stopped her.
"Hey Mia, I think I have feel-" Nate started to say but stopped. "Nate what is it" Mia asked. "Nothing uh never mind good night" Nate said.
"Goodnight" Mia said and went in the building heading to her place.
