Mia was with Dan and Nate when Dan brought up the subject of Jenny. "I just I really think they're up to something man with their closed doors and this private thing for Eleanor" Dan said.
"Jenny, she didn't say anything to you" Dan asked. "Uh no, no, but we haven't talked much this week so" Nate said.
"What about you Mia have you talked to Jenny" Dan asked. "No but we were never really that close" Mia said. "She seemed weirdly happy that we were leaving the house" Dan said.
"Like how much privacy does she really need to watch project runway and eat pizza" Dan asked and Nate and Mia laughed.
Nate kept stealing glances at Mia not realizing she was doing the same to him.
Dan's phone began to ring, and he pulled it out. "Oh, oh hold on a second" Dan said and looked at the caller ID. "Ooh it's Jordan" Dan said.
"Who" Nate asked. "Who's she" Mia asked. "The uh you know the TA from Yale" Dan said and saw Nate still confused. "She was trying to get me a recommendation" Dan said.
"Didn't Nate have sex with her, or something isn't that what you told me" Mia asked and Dan nodded while Nate looked like he finally remembered.
"Oh yeah that's right Jordan" Nate said. "Oh, it's good to be Nate" Dan said and looked at the message.
"I had three professors look at your story I'll call you later" Dan said reading the text. "Hey that sounds like good news" Nate said. "Good, no it means she had the first one read it he didn't like it neither did the second and after the third she probably gave up and why text before calling if you don't need to soften the blow" Dan said.
"Hey don't lose hope" Mia said. "Or she was somewhere she couldn't talk so she sent a text" Nate said.
"With an imagination like that you should be a writer" Dan told Nate walking away.
"Hey where are you going" Nate asked. "I can't concentrate on a movie right now I gotta go home and stare at my phone maybe you could talk to Jenny figure out what's going on" Dan said.
"Yeah, that sounds like a great idea" Nate said. "Well, I guess that's my cue see you boys later" Mia said and left while Nate watched her walk away.

"So why are you hanging out with your big brother and not Nate" Chuck asked as the two went out for ice cream.
"What you don't love me" Mia asked. "No of course I love you your one of the only people I have ever said those words to, and my weak spot and you know it" Chuck said.
"I don't know just wanted to spend time with my big brother" Mia said. "Mia, I know you better than anyone" Chuck said. "Chuck" Mia said.
"Either tell me what's going on or I won't take you out for ice cream or milkshakes again" Chuck said. "Yes, you will, you can't stand saying no to me" Mia said.
"Just tell me why you're not with Nate" Chuck said. "I guess because I think he has a thing for Jenny or Vanessa, and I have been in love with him forever and I want him happy even if that means not hanging with him as much as we used to" Mia said.
"Even if deep down it still hurts seeing him with someone else" Chuck asked.
"Yeah, I'll get over it I guess it just takes longer than I expected to get over someone I just want him happy that's all I want even if it's not with me" Mia said and Chuck sighed.

Mia was hanging with Serena in her room reading a book when Blair walked in. "Well, you finally did it made absolutely sure I'm never gonna get into Yale" Blair said.
"What are you talking about" Serena asked. "Hello to you too B" Mia said. "Hey M" Blair said smiling at Mia.
"Little Emma turns out she's less Holly Hobbie and more Jenna Jameson" Blair said.
"Can you speak plainly" Serena asked. "Yeah, B I love you but not all of us can speak whatever your speaking" Mia said.
"She's determined to become a woman on my watch and if I don't help pimp her out, she's gonna character assassinate me to the Dean" Blair said.
"I don't understand I thought she liked ice cream and magic" Serena said. "Next time leave the scheming to the experts" Blair said.
"What are those" Blair asked. "Yeah, I been wondering myself too actually" Mia said.
"Pictures from camp Susisse Aaron dressed up as Cecil the caterpillar I bumped into him outside the palace" Serena said.
"The guy gave you a ring pop when you were six, move on" Blair said. "It was licorice, and I was eight" Serena said. "Ancient unimportant history focus Serena, you got me into this and I'm not losing Yale because of that little tart's libido" Blair said.
"See this is why I'm glad I'm not going to Yale" Mia said.
"Why don't you just occupy her for a while take her to the charity gala when you get there you can say you didn't know how lame it would be then it's time for her to go home, you're off the hook" Serena said. "It could work" Mia said.
"So, I checked out Gossip girl" Emma said making her presence known. "And I'm thinking we hit Socialista before Beatrice" Emma said.
"See what I'm dealing with" Blair told Serena and Mia. "Emma I was thinking, where is the glory in bedding down with some dirty Manhattan hipster who's probably filming you on the nanny cam" Blair said.
"You really want to make Muffy jealous" Blair asked. "Have your flower plucked by one of the elite" Blair said.
"And where would I find someone like that" Emma asked and Blair looked at Serena and Mia. "Luckily we know the place but you're gonna have to pay a visit to my closet first" Serena said and Emma squealed before going to Serena's closet.
"Yeah, you guys have fun I have much better things to do than babysit" Mia said and left.

Mia was eating alone when Dan saw her and walked to her. "Mia" Dan said. "Hey" Mia said. "What are you doing alone" Dan asked.
"Serena and Blair have things to do and my brother went to help them I can't get ahold of Nate so here I am" Mia said. "Do you want to join me and watch Jenny's fashion show with Eleanor" Dan asked.
"I rather not besides I'm pretty sure Nate has a thing for Jenny" Mia said. "What no that's crazy" Dan said.
"Trust me it's not I know Nate but it's okay all I want is for him to be happy" Mia said.
"But what if he's happier with you" Dan asked. "He doesn't like me and it's okay sometimes things are just meant to be a crush" Mia said and Dan went to her and pulled Mia in for a side hug. "Thanks" Mia said. "What are friends for" Dan said.
