The Life Of Death

"What the hell?"

Shashwat cursed looking up at Aisha.
"She is not a Mayavi. She can't be. These powers. Wings? No!"

While he was stepping back in the urge to escape, a young priest spoke from the crowd.
"These powers are the grant of the Pheonix. Is she a Pheonix? But... Water? She looks like us. She's... I'm sure, she is the evil!"

Shashwat stared back at him,
"You're dismissed for speaking this nonsense! No evil power can enter Maya Lok. My security isn't breakable."

"But I see the evil living here."
Aisha lowered a bit towards Shashwat, looking straight into his eyes.
"You!"

Her wings slowly disappeared from the edges towards the centre, landing her on the ground right in front of Shashwat.
"You! Bloody intruder!"

"Obedience sir! You're talking to your Princess! Lower your voice."

Words might not scare people but actions do. And everything Aisha had done till now had not only scared the audience but had almost forced them to lose consciousness. No one dared to come any closer to her. But this one man, he was although very scared, had an ego. An ego he won't bother to give up even if it was about his life or death. Shashwat looked back at his guards, and then with a shaky voice he said,
"What are you bastards standing and looking at? This girl is threatening me, disrespecting me, and you people are standing there like statues and watching. Catch her, tie her up, kill her, no one cares."

"Catch me? Tie me? Kill me?"
Even before the first person thought of taking a step forward, Aisha raised a hand visible from Shashwat's side, saying,
"Just think once about your life before following his instructions. Just for once."

No one dared to move. No one.
"Whom are you people more scared of?"
Shashwat roared turning back, taking a few sturdy steps towards the guards.
"Catch her! She is still a child in front of you people. And, someone gets hold of him."
He said pointing at Aditya who was standing behind the wall of ice.

Four guards took puny steps ahead, but then a smirk spread across their lips as they started to see Aisha as a young girl. Then two of them got their hands on their weapons as swords, the other two with the power of fire and earth created hot chains to capture her. Every step they took towards her started to make her look afraid in Shashwat's eyes. But little did they know.
As the two soldiers approached her with their swords, she held onto their arms and today, she not only made them fall numb, but by a little jerk, she broke them. Their swords fell in her feet and those two stumbled back screaming in pain, holding onto their de-shaped arms. Without giving her a moment, she was attacked by the others, when touching her the chains vapourised and the two controlling it were shoved far away, down the cliff. Down where Shashwat had fixed Aditya's deathbed.
"She killed them, sir!"

There was a sudden chaos upon her actions. Aisha was standing so stable, her face didn't even flinch at killing two people. There was only anger in her blue eyes with that little golden flicker in the middle while her body was radiating a golden aura as if she was the sun.
"She is pure evil sir! Looks like it's past sunrise time."

"I'm not the evil but today the sun won't come out until I want. Relinquish! I'm not here to kill!"

At the peak of her rage, she still was herself. She was still waiting for them to give up. But Shashwat was stubborn, just like his son. Not afraid of losing anything. He looked back at his soldiers and ministers, ordering them to use their powers against Aisha. Some didn't move, being afraid of the terror she had just caused. Some had started looking at her as their princess they shouldn't disobey. But the most were still scared of Shashwat, who was the highest Minister and can cause a lot of threats to their life if they won't perform as he said.
