14: ocean view

Inside Jungkook saw Taehyung on the ground with vegetables all around him and also a broken cup.

"Oh my, Taehyung. What happened? Are you okay?" Jungkook rushed to the other but almost lost his balance when he tried to run. He was still exhausted.

"im fine, the whole floor suddenly went sideways and the whole box that i was unpacking just fell over!" Taehyung got up with Junfkook's help and they began gathering the food from the floor.
"What about you? And Zuzu?"

"zuzi is fine. I helped her up in the air, she will fly us to the next stop now. We will arrive a day early so we will be spending three days there. If there are no other complications during our stay" Jungkook smiled and took the last vegetable from the floor placing it in the assigned storing spot.

"I'm looking forward to it. But i'm a little worried for your turtle friend..."

"don't worry, I am giving her the best treatment. I feed her well, give her lots of love and I am currently making sure her wound heals without her being in pain. She is a magical being, she can survive in your world's climates."

"okay. If you say so"

"Anyway, I will go lay down on the couch for a bit. I am very tired"

"tired? But it's not even dinner time yet?"

"I had to use a lot of power and concentration to help Zuzu get us out of here. So now I am drained. I need some sleep. I've been out of practice for such big abilities." Jungkook flopped on the couch and almost immediately fell asleep.

Taehyung had decided to take a warm shower to warm himself up from the freezing cold. And when he got back Jungkook was fast asleep, his chest rising and falling at a slow pace. His hands folded on his belly with his face facing the ceiling.

He looked so handsome. His well styled hair now a bit messy from the storm, and his sharp features... Just very attractive.

Not to mention his eyes, that one purple eye. So unique, nothing like taehyung had ever seen before. He wondered why he had eyes like that. Why were they both different?

Its not that he didn't like the different eyes. It's just new, he wasn't used to it so it looked a bit strange to him. But that also made Jungkook even more mysterious and attractive. Now that Taehyung thinks of this all, he realises what an amusing person the wizard actually was. Such a fun personality with a hit of mystery and his powers that are so cool and exciting. Taehyung can't wait to know more about him.

The prince smiled and leaned his head on his hand still looking at the man, he just couldn't take his eyes off of him...

"I can feel you staring," Jungkook suddenly said, his eyes opening after he said that. That same one purple eye staring at Taehyung.

"I'm sorry, I was uh..Lost in thoughts," the other said nervously.

"i didn't say you had to stop. You can look at me, I don't mind" the raven smirked playfully and sat up stretching his arms and taking a deep breath, after a nap he felt his energy was restored again. He felt ready to go!

"Jungkook"

"yes?"

"Can I ask you something?" the prince tilted his head a little.

"anytime"

"why do you have one eye that is purple? It's such an unnatural thing to have..."

"ah, well i was born with this, there are more like that in my place. Its normal for people to have different coloured eyes. It shows they belong to that world, that they possessed the world's spirit. Some are even capable of possessing abilities. Not all are wizards... I mean... Its kinda hard to explain, you will get it if you see it for yourself.'' Jungkook said.

"But why do you have only one?"

"I don't know, I'm just a failure, I guess. At least that's what I was called, people called me weird and broken. I didn't get it, I was just like them... Just... Better" jungkook chuckled at the last part and stood up. "well, time to prepare food for us. We should sleep early, it's going to be warm at the harbour city so we will land early and find a place to sleep."

"a-ah. Alright"

And so it went, they travelled a whole day and both were very glad when they got out of the frozen mountains and were not calmly floating over the ocean. A warm sun on their skin as they laid on the soft grass on Zuzu's back.

"it's really nice having travel company" Jungkook said while they looked at the bundles if clouds above them. They were not flying very high, they were quite close to the water surface so the clouds were far away.

"Do you always travel alone?" Taehyung asked, going into the subject.

"yes, i never really had a lot of friends, and definitely ones that wanted to travel with me. They were very different people. But they probably hate me now, or don't remember me. I don't know, I haven't seen them since the war happened."

"what were they like?"

"well, my best friend came from the big city. The city inside the castle walls, i saved him when he got lost in the forest one day. He ran away from home. His name is Jimin. We met each other almost every day. He comes from a rich family and is also someone who enjoys nature. He is very good at medicine, his family owns a pharmacy, which explains why they have a lot of money. I haven't seen him since they got sent to help the wounded in the war. I don't even know if he is alive, "Jungkook sighed, a concerned expression on his face. "but i also have other friends. They are from the same village i came from!"

"the war really had a big impact..."

"it did, but i will fix their blame on me. I am not the one who started it. I did not kill you!" jungkook got frustrated and sat up with a stressed groan. "i don't get it. They said i did it, but i was not with 'you' when i happened. I only found him, i buried him. That's it..."

"i'm sorry..." Taehyung also sat up. He was not related to Jungkook's world or responsible yet he felt bad and guilty. "things will be okay right? I am coming with you..."

"i... Might not have been very clear with explaining this whole thing.." Jungkook loomed at the other. "You going with me will mean that you will have to be someone you were not born as... You will be seen as someone else."

Taehyung was silent for a moment. He didn't really think about that yet. Since Taehyung from Jungkook's world is dead, that would mean he will have to BE the other world's taehyung. He will be seen as him. "we will figure it out..." he said. "i don't want to back out now. I want to help you, and your people."

"you're quite the adventurous prince" jungkook smiled a little and stood up. He extended his hand to the other. "thank you, taehyung"

The prince smiled and took his hand, letting Jungkook help him on his feet.

"were here" the wizard said and they looked out over the ocean to a flat looking city. Lots of boats in the sea and a small white castle on the lad side of the city. The city looked very blue and green. Nature surrounds it at every side, and then the open oceans with merchants sailing in and out.

"amazing '' Taehyung said and watched how Jungkook guided Zuzu to prepare for landing.
They have reached the new city. A new place to explore.

A new place with an unexpected visitor...
