"W-What?" Blue stuttered. Everyone looked to him, and back to me

"The rest. Everyone on the island. Since we're voting here, they get the right to vote too" I stated instead of a question

"No. They don't" Blue said, now angry

"But that's not fair" I said, now repeating Chans words. Making sure everyone hears "your father made a secret place for people to come together and live a happy life. You bring us in here to help with the place, well here we are helping. Yet you four are against it even though your out voted-"

"Drop it Dawn"

"Don't start with me Ivan, you're not my father" I spit out making him back up a little, everyone but the four slightly laughing "You don't want to ask everyone else because you're embarrassed by what they would say about your father, right Blue?" I ask

That's why he only brought us here for the meeting. Of course the islanders would be up for helping expand the campground. Anything to help the island better, they would do. But the Boss hid stuff from everyone.

Blue was probably scared it would somehow get out, seeing the shed in the woods. Wondering where the pictures came from. Along with the information on the Lurker. It would draw attention.

Blue looked down, he was quite. Ivan sat down in a chair, chin in his hand thinking. Anastasia by his side while Rose just stood there.

"You know nothing about our father Dawn" Rose spoke up softly. I could tell she was mad I lashed out, but it was also a sensitive subject

"Yet your father knew everything about us" I spoke, everyone knowing I meant the files. Ivy may be confused, but she'll catch up.

So much was going on, and everyone was now in different positions. I sat on the arm rest of the couch, Chan sitting in the same spot, just not lend in anymore.

Drey and Edwin at the table sitting on the chairs looking some files Rose had laid out of the island. Zero lend up against the door, tired of the fighting and ready to go. Yuki right beside Chan. Then Travis on the couch and Ivy standing from her headed statement from earlier.

"We have nothing against your father Rose. You get so worked up for nothing! I understand he's gone and I'm sorry, but you have to understand people here have lost their families too" I spoke

Rose was going to speak, but got cut off by Zero "this whole thing is turning into something it shouldn't. We'll help with the land and learn more about the Lurker, but we are not killing it. You are a good person Blue, you telling us no in this decision making is bullshit. You're our leader and you're supposed to be hearing us out-"

"And I did hear you out"

"Yes you did hear us. But you all also told us we are children and we don't make the decisions. If that's the case why are we here then?" Zero said

"You all are so childish!" Rose screamed in frustration

"Rose please" Travis stood up, if anyone were to calm her down it would be him "you're the one about to pull your hair out. For one, Dawn is right. Boss had files on everyone here that no one but us know, and I think your scared of what everyone will think about that Blue. That's why you only gathered us here. Secondly, Zero has a point, you can't just say this is how things are going to go and expect us all to agree. There will be different opinions, that's why we come together and figure it out together"

"We are not telling no one else about this" Blue stated towards everyone angrily. I swore his skin turned a little blue

"That's fine Blue. We all can work together on this, we've agreed to that. Can we please just all calm down?" Chan asked nicely, everyone seemed to calm down but of course there had to be that one person. Ivan scuffed at the end of Chans question "what's your problem dude!"

"Don't start with me kid!" Ivan shoot up from his chair, making Chan do the same

"Don't call me kid, if anything your acting like one making noises and rolling your eyes!" Chan bit back

Just then a loud slam was heard throughout the tent. Everyone went dead silent and looked over at Blue who slammed a book onto the ground.

Rubbing his eyes, he took a deep breath "here's what's going to happen. I'll make a schedule and groups of when we all go out. We have to get equipment ready first so give me about a week to prepare. I'm sick of the arguing and want everyone to leave"

No one dared to say a word. I've seen Blue mad, but never this mad. Chan stood in front of me like Blue was about to start throwing punches.

It was weird to see everyone fighting. I've never seen this happen. Yes, there has been small agreements, but never something like this. I didn't like the feeling. I hoped Travis was okay also. Leaving home to come back to this. I know he doesn't want that.

Before anyone could leave. Blue spoke up one more time, "no one says a word to anyone about this. For now, the Lurker stays on this island until we figure something out"

I slightly smiled at Blue, but got nothing back from him. Zero was the first one out the door, followed by Yuki. Quickly everyone left, the only ones remaining in the tent were Blue, Rose, Ivan, and Anastasia.

No one said a word to one another. Not a goodbye, or asking if anyone will be at breakfast like we always do. I'm assuming everyone was either going to work to Beth their minds off of what just happened or, going back to their tents.

Travis and Drey gave me and quick and small wave, both walking away. Leaving me and Chan at the front porch of the office tent looking at the rain coming down.

"Are you okay?" I asked Chan

He looked down at me. His face that held anger turned into a smiled, he grabbed my hand "I'm okay. You okay?"

"I'm okay"

He took off his jack and then motioned for me to get on his back. Once he got a good hold of me, he threw his jacket over our heads and started jog towards my tent, not want us to get wet.

Finally making it to my tent. He placed me down on the porch, turning towards me he wiped the few water spots off my face from getting a little wet since my tent wasn't so close to the office.

"Stay here and I'll come back with breakfast"

"Let me get you an umbrella" I said walking in and grabbing the bigger umbrella in the corner "want me to come with you?"

"No it's okay. Change into some dry clothes, I'll be right back"
