she curls up in my chest as I kiss her head and caress her back, slowly she ends up falling a sleep on my chest which was perfect timing because my phone starts vibrating on the table displaying Cabir's number
"Hello" I whisper
"Why are you whispering?"
"Nandini is sleeping"
"What's the code?" He asks
"It's 1108" I say
"Oh and be quiet, don't make a single sound" I tell him cutting the call
The door opens with the loudest fucking bang making me glare at cabir walking in and not just that he trips over absolutely fucking nothing falling straight on the floor causing nandini to stir a bit in my arms
I kissed her head a couple times continuing to rub her back until she stops stirring
"You fucking idiot, I said quiet" I whisper yell looking up
"I almost died you insensitive asshole" he whispers yells back
"you two are so stupid" navya mumbled
"If she wakes up I will kill you cabir"
"Please do, I will kill you I will kill, shut up" he mocks my voice making me glare at him
I grabbed a cushion throwing it at him
"Ahhh" this man literally screamed, and not a whisper scream, a full on scream
"Cabirrr" navya smacks him
I look down at nandini to see her in deep sleep, a frown did form on her forehead but a few kisses fixed that
"Don't makes sounds cabir I swear if she wakes up"
'Then what? She will know okay so shut up, I almost broke a bone here and you don't even care which is very upsetting to me, trust me I am angry with you" he says like a child
"Be angry with me after, now no sounds"
"Oh is that fried rice I smell?" He asks
"Oh my god, navya get your husband out of here" I whisper when he takes really heavy steps towards the kitchen
Hearing me he laughs like no big deal walking in the kitchen.
"Navya I am going to lay her down in the room, make sure she wears the dress I have laid out in the closet at the very back and make sure she doesn't take any information out of you" I say
"she won't but she may be very agitated"
"It's fine, it's only a couple hours and the results are worth it. She will sleep for an hour or so anyways" I mumble
"What if she wakes up? She does that every time you aren't around"
"I will leave my t shirt there" she nods
Slowly I got up with nandini in my arms, blankets still on her as I walk over to our room. I placed nandini on the bed and she opens her eyes making me nervous.
I was really hoping that navya or cabir don't say anything because if they do I will be busted and then I have to tell her whats going on.
"Shh it's okay, go back to sleep' I coo kissing her lips
She closes her eyes again holding my t shirt falling back a sleep, I cover her up with blankets and sat there for a while until she was in deep sleep.
"Is she back a sleep?" Navya asks peaking in
"Yeah, I am just leaving" I tell her
he nods closing the door
I remove myself from nandini and take my t shirt off placing it beside her, she grabs it right away making me smile. I noticed Nandini's thong from last night by my foot making me smile. I grab it and then I had to walk around for 10 minutes to confirm there are no more pieces of clothing I forgot from last night.
Putting on another t shirt I grab my clothes and shoes walking to the bed, I kiss her head
"I love you so much nandini and I can't wait for our happy ever after. Sleepy well my angel" I whisper kissing her lips
Dimming the lights I walk out of the room and over to navya.
"She is a sleep, I am going to head out. I will text you to bring her"
"Okay"she says munching on some ice cream
"How is the baby" I ask
"Naughty" I chuckle at her words
"And your husband?"
"He is here mr malhotra" cabir answers coming out of the kitchen with a plate of noodles making me shake my head
"I just got conformation for your flights" I tell him
"You did?" He looked confused
"I know you two had plans for tomorrow so I did book you guys a ticket back" he smiles hearing me
"You didn't have to" he said
"I wanted to, thank you for staying an extra day I really appreciate it and I know she'd want you guys there" I tell them
"We are family manik, thank you is for strangers" he says hugging me
"We are" I whisper back
"Now go, she will wake up cribbing for you" he says making me chuckle
I grab my phone and wallet heading out.
Once everything was set up I quickly got ready and guess what my phone starts ringing displaying navy's number
"Hello" I mumble
"Ahhh nandini I said no" I hear navya's scream and nandini's laugh
She was laughing so loud and I know she must have snuck navya's phone to call me because I got a whole bunch of texts from cabir saying she keeps wanting to call and she is feisty so I know she must have the whole house turned upside down
"Hahahahaha manikkk" she screams making me smile
"Nandini love, quiet down, sit" I say
I did hear gasps in the background
"I miss you, where are you?" She asks
"How about you do exactly what navya says and she can bring you to me"
"To you?"
"Yes to me"
"Okay, I love you"
"I love you more, be a good girl and don't trouble them okay" she giggles making me smile
"Bye bye mani"
"Bye my little star"
I couldn't help but chuckle at her, she is so cute.
As I reach the little set up, I could hear cabir's car a little while alter so I knew they were here and hearing nandini's questions as soon as she stepped out of the car was enough to let me know how anxious she was
