Nandini's pov

I am pissed off, and not just pissed, I am angry and I wanna cry but then hit manik. He had promised, literally promised me, vowed at our wedding that no matter what he and I wouldn't leave the bed until we have said good morning to each other but here we are, 5 months into the wedding and he is already going back on his words, rude.

Yes, we did get married a couple months after getting engaged, it was super simple, just cabir, navya, and Manik's dad. No one else. It was very intimate in terms of people and it was so nice.

The best thing was after tying the knot, manik and I literally drove to McDonalds, I was in a red lehenga and him in a red sherwani, haha people looked at us so weird hahah, it was actually hilarious

"Aww my baby is up" I hear his voice

"I am angry at you and I hate you" I mumble turning away from him

"I was just getting my little firefly some yummy breakfast" he says temping me

"Angry" I whisper

"So you don't want breakfast then?" He asks sitting beside me

I closed my eyes pouting a little, I know I throw a lot of tantrums, I really do

"No" I mumble

"I guess I will have to drink the brownie milkshake and the Oreo milkshake all by myself. I will also have to call cabir over to eat these yummy fries and chicken wrap" he says

"You got me brow milkshake?" I ask

"Large too" he says

I open my eyes to meet his beautiful ones, a smirk on his face

"You are so mean, you promised on our wedding day that we wouldn't leave the bed without saying good morning and a kiss" I ramble

He leans down kissing my lips

"Good morning sweetheart" he says against my lips

"Mhm good morning mani" I whisper back deepening our kiss

His tongue fights for dominance and I let him dominate the kiss, it's just better when he leads it. Pulling him closer I moan in his mouth, he smiles against my lips pulling back

"I love you sweet girl" he whispers

"I love you more but that wasn't fair mani" I complain

"Baby I did say good morning, I even kissed you before getting breakfast, you were just in deep sleep"

"Im sleepy" I whisper

"Lets have some food and then we can cuddle in bed okay"

I hum kissing his lips again as I sit up. He pulls me in his arms handing me the milkshake.

Nothing has really changed after getting married other than the fact that manik and I built a house together, we had a plan on how we wanted the rooms and everything.

It took 2 months after manik got everything expedited to have this house built, out little house, well not little, it's huge but it's so cozy and homely. I love it.

"Are you feeling okay wifey?" He asks making me smile at the nickname

"Mhm better" I whisper

Last night I have a really hard time falling a sleep, I don't know what it was but I jsut couldn't sleep at all, well it least not until manik sang to me. His voice is so pretty

"I have planned a little something for us" he tells me

"Surprise?" I ask

"Mhm well sorta just a chill day. I have picked your favourite movies and we can have a marathon, all the snacks you like are downstairs so after you shower we can cuddle in bed okay" he says kissing my head
