Nandini's pov

When I tell you I used to love hide and seek but hide and seeks is the god damn worst game now, I hate. Manik and I have been playing this hide and seek game the past two months with navya and Cabir, somehow it has worked, neither one of them have said anything or even suspected anything

I mean yes, there was a moment when I told navya about going to goa with manik, she was starting to ask questions but manik said it was because I was interested in a book event, oh and there was no book event to begin with so yeah.

Right now I am in my cabin working on some paper work, so I work under a wing in Manik's company, the creative ideas are where I come up. I will make small suggestions and communicate with book authors and small authors to create events and such things. That's the gist of but gosh the amount of reading I do for reeves are amazing, I love reading so it's right up my alley

My phone lights up beside me, seeing manik's picture I sit back with my phone opening his text message.

'Nandini' he texted

'Yes Mr Malhotra?' I love teasing him

'Can you please come up, I miss you' I smile seeing the text

'I thought you had a meeting manik?'

'They just left, come up please'

'No sir'

'Darling, come up'

'Make me'

There was no reply, instead he calls me making me giggle, I lean back in my chair completely picking up his call

"This is Nandini, how can I help you?" I could hear him groaning a little

"Come up baby, I miss you" my heart melts at his voice and words

"Why don't you come down here?" I ask

"because your cabin is like a restaurant, no one knocks and people come in like it's their cabin, which by the way I hate it"

"Relax, I'll come up in a minute"

"Now please" I chuckle hearing him

"Okay" I grabbed my laptop knowing he has the next couple hours off before his other meetings so I might as well work up there

"Nandini" I hear him whne I enter his cabin

"Yes, who else would it be"

"Just making sure it's not an individual wanting to be fired"

"You are so uptight sometimes' I tell him placing my laptop on the table

"To the rest of the world yes I am" he says opening his arms for me

I walk over and make myself comfortable in his lap, his arms wrap around my back. He doesn't waste a single minute before placing his lips on mine making me smile

"You are addicted" I whisper against his lips

"I am" he says pulling me closer

He deepens the kiss, I could feel his tongue fighting for dominance so I just let him, I love when he guides kisses, I don't know what it is about his kisses but they are so addicting

"Mhm manik stop, we are in your cabin" I whisper when he starts trailing kisses on my jaw

"And?" He asks biting my cheeks

"Manik"

"Nandini" he whispers

"Manik stop it" I giggle when his nose traces my jaw
