"You started this love, now we play it right" he says with that sexy smirk on his face

"No, hehe no manik" I giggle before his hands could even touch me

"No what baby?" He asks

Before he could say anything I run out of his hold

"If you think you are faster than me, you are most certainly wrong sweet pea" he says chasing after me

I swear his whole house was full of our laughter as we run around.

I run into his storage room hiding behind the piano, I place my hands over my mouth to stop my giggles. I love how he wasn't even touching me or even around me but the anticipating of it was so overwhelming already

"Hiding from me little mouse" his voice makes me jump

"How did you even get here" I pout

"Because I know my ways baby girl and you seemed to be too lost in my thoughts my love" he teases kissing my lips

"No, this is very wrong and unfair, I do no agree and therefore you lose" I sat standing up

"Really now?" He asks scooping me up in my arms

"Hehe maniii, let me down please" I giggle in his arms

"You are getting so naughty these days" he says kissing my nose

"Nooo not true, I am a very nice person"

"My good girl" he whispers and I almost lose my shit at his voice

His words mixed with that sexy hoarse voice he said it in was ahhhh.

"I have some days off, and I know you do too" he says but I wasn't really focused on his words, I was looking at his lips

"Baby girl, I can see your eyeing my lips but focus on my words for a minute please" I just hum

He smiles before leaning down and feeling his lips on mine I grabbed his t shirt, he smiles against my lips before hovering over me making me realize we were back on the couch.

"You know how beautiful you are" he whispers pulling back from my lips but placing tiny kisses down my jaw

i giggle when he licks my neck

"Your smile, it lights up my world nandini, it's like I am nothing without you. When you aren't around me I feel like I am just doing things half heartedly but when you are around, my heart knows. It's not just that my head knows, my whole body becomes aware of you, my heart beats a bit better" he mumbles kissing down my collarbone

"Seems like you are in love Manik" I tease

his lips stop as he looks up

"Baby I would take all the bullets in this world for you, it's not just love, it's more"

"More?' I ask

He hums kissing my nose

"Can you please explain?"

"When you want something you pray to your ayiappa right?" He asks

"I do"

"When I want something I look at you, when I am very agitated and annoyed or when I can't think of anything to solve a problem I resort to you"

I could feel tears forming in my eyes but not because I was sad but because I was so happy. He just compared me to god, I know I can never match up to ayiappa but for him to think I am that peace for him makes me feel so blessed

"For me, you are that one person I rely on, that person that I know will always guide me in the right direction, I know you will never pull me down to get ahead, you are the kind of woman who will hold my hadn't as we both step ahead and I love that Nandini" he mumbles wiping my face
