"Ren, I have the night shift today so why don't you stay over at their place?"

As I was about to leave through the front door with all three of my fiancés who had come to pick me up, Malik-san chased after us and told me that.

Aah, right. Malik-san is going to be working tonight so he won't be able to come home.

It had become some sort of a tradition for me to stay over at their place when Malik-san had the night shift.

"Okay. I've prepared your dinner on the table. Please don't forget to bring them with you, Malik-san."

Today I made a simple bento for Malik-san to eat at the guild.

"Ah, thanks. Just one more month to go and then I will have to say goodbye to your delicious bento too..."

Malik-san smiled and thanked me but then, his smile became gloomier as he murmured to himself with a tinge of disappointment in his voice.

Seeing Malik-san looking so disappointed and lonely, I couldn't help but to stop on my track and walked to Malik-san. I grabbed his right hand and offered to bring him my homemade meal.

I don't think I'll be able to do it everyday but if it's just occasionally, I think I should be able to manage...

"Umm... If you don't mind, I can still come over and bring you my homemade meal if you'd like!"

"Of course! I'd appreciate it!"

Malik-san's face then blossomed into a genuine smile. He looked so happy now as he patted my head affectionately. When he treated me affectionately like this, I couldn't help but to feel very happy. It made me wonder if I had become a son with a father complex?

"I don't think a real father and son can be as affectionate as them though?~"

"Well, it's good that their relationship is good but..."

『Good grief...』

『Master...』

Hearing a voice coming from behind me, I turned around to see Chris-san scratching the back of his head with one hand while giving me a wry smile while Fel-san nodded in agreement, his hands crossed in front of his chest. Even Altair and Spica also looked exasperated.

"Hey, Ren, stop flirting with Malik-san. I will get jealous so please keep it in moderation, alright?"

Sig-san was coming close to me, looking obviously exasperated. He grabbed my shoulder and pulled me toward him, intent to keep me away from Malik-san.

"Eh? I'm not flirting with Malik-san though?"

Flirting...? Isn't this supposed to be a heartwarming scene between a father and a son?

I tilted my head to the side, confused.

"I see~ So Ren-chan is completely oblivious to it~ He's doing it unconsciously~"

Seeing my reaction, Chris-san then sighed.

"You guys, drop it already, okay? I have no intention of ruining this relationship I have with Ren."

While still locked in Sig-san's embrace, I tilted my head to the side. Malik-san then reached his hand to ruffle my head, messing my hair a bit in the process. He then stared at my fiancés faces before grinning.

"And as for Malik-san, you're doing it intentionally, right?"

Fer-san said.

"Well, who knows?~"
