Chapter 58 : Choosing Our Temporary Residence

"As I thought! Going at this hour is the best! The omnibus is not as crowded as usual at this hour!~ Anyway!~ The house we're going first is the farthest one, I think it will take about 30 minutes to get there!~♪" Ali-san said excitedly as we got on the omnibus together.

In this town, the citizens usually used the omnibus when they wanted to travel around the town.

On the early morning and evening, the omnibus would come every 10 minutes to be able to accommodated Pedrel's rush hour.

Then the omnibus would come every 30-40 minutes.

There were multiple routes and you only needed to pay 100 elk each time you got on the omnibus, no matter where your stop was.

"Is that so ? I rarely ever venture out of this area so I don't use the omnibus much." I said.

"Ah I see~ Well we're going to pass through a large farming area!~ The area is filled with beautiful nature and lots and lots of horses!~♪" Aria added.

The place that I ventured on a daily basis was only 30 minutes away from Malik-san's house.

I think, if I were to walk from one end to the other end of Pedrel, I'd need around 5 hours to finish it.

So I guess I've only covered about 1/10 up to ⅕ portion of Pedrel City on a daily basis.

When I thought about it like that, this city was really big huh..

"It'd be nice if we can find a place where William and the others can live happily with us." I said.

"Yup yup!~ Hey, hey~ Ren-kyun!~ Can you please tell me the story of how you met Sigun and the others?~ I already asked them yesterday but they wouldn't tell me !~"

"That's because if I told Ari, by tomorrow every citizen of Pedrell would know about it too. Ren, you don't have to tell Ari unnecessary thing if you don't want to."

I first met Chris-san back in Pedrell Guild Hall and I met with both Fer-san and Sig-san in an inn in Baunov Village.

Ah, but I did meet with Fer-san in the stable before that though.

I think there's no harm in telling her this much?

"Ah, Ren-kun please do remember that Ari likes to add some 'fun spice' in her story. If you told her our story, there's a possibility she might tell people something along the line like I hugged and kissed you when I first saw you and the two of us disappeared into a room for a whole night."

That.. would be troublesome.

"Eh? I see, I won't tell her then."

I didn't want her to spread steamy rumor like that so I won't tell her anything.

"Geez! Fer-kyun why did you have to tell him that!~"

"Oi, look! Aren't we supposed to get off here?" Sig-san added.

"Ah! You're right!~ Let's go!~ Let's go!~"

It seemed we've arrived at our stop while we were busy talking.

Ali-san pushed us down from the omnibus merrily.

Compared to the area where I lived with Malik-san, this place was more refreshing.

Probably because there was a lot of plantations and open fields around here.

"That's the house!~ ♪ What do you think? It gives you the biiiig house kinda feeling, right?~ ♪"
