Y/N's pov~

"Darn it. You beat me once again." Nothing surpassed the joy of engaging in a Friday night game with Parker, except deliberately letting him win to witness that radiant smile so strikingly reminiscent of his father's.
"When is Daddy joining the game?" he asked, and I glanced up the stairs where Tom was supposed to descend slowly. He claimed he only needed a few minutes in the study, yet it had been a half-hour since I last saw him.
"He'll be joining shortly," I replied just as my phone began to ring. Quickly checking the name before answering, the selfie camera opened with the video call, revealing my face.
"Good morning, little one. Sunshine and fresh air as always?" He threw me a quick smile, quickly looking back down the path. His upper body was adorned in a black tank top, the muscles of his shoulders more pronounced than his jaw under the stubble and some ray-ban sunglasses covered his face in the bright sun.

Soft rain tapped against our windows, and the curtains had been drawn since it was already dark. London struggled to compete with sunshine and fresh air, but I couldn't help but miss the blue sky illuminating my screen behind him.

I shrugged, feeling a gentle flutter in my heart. "Sort of. Where are you headed?" His gaze kept drifting back to the concrete, prompting me to question his actions.

"To the beach. I thought I'd go for a jog and grab lunch afterward. A bit dull without my tennis partner." He smirked, and I couldn't help but giggle.
"You could say that."

Parker's hands paused in the midst of shuffling the memory cards on the table. Curiosity painted his face upon hearing the unfamiliar voice. He repeatedly tried to catch a glimpse of the unknown face without being seen. Though, Clark had already sensed I wasn't alone in the room, so I pointed the camera at Parker, who shyly settled back into his chair.

"Oh my God! Is that the infamous Parker?!" Parker smiled sheepishly, a blush coloring his face as he debated whether he recognized the unfamiliar face. His eyes kept darting to mine for help, and Clark laughed at his endearing behavior.

"Say hello, Parker!" I nudged his foot, and he waved bashfully.

"Is that Spiderman on your T-shirt?" I heard from the speaker, and Parker looked down at his pajamas covered in tiny Spiderman figures. It was one of the pajama sets we received from Nikki and Dom, Parker's absolute favorite. He proudly displayed it to the camera.

"Yes!" he spoke loud enough for Clark to hear.
"Wow! Is Spiderman your favorite superhero?"
"Yeah, because it's dadday."
"I can imagine." Soft steps walked down the stairs, too gentle to catch my attention as I observed the enriching interaction between Clark and Parker. After a while, I turned my phone back to discover the actual reason Clark had called.

"Listen, Reeze is dissatisfied with one of the locations again, and there are rumors that we'll soon be traveling to South Africa for the shoot. A bit out there, if you ask me, but I just wanted to give you a heads up so you can prepare when you come on Monday." A yellow envelope suddenly lay next to me on the kitchen island, a hand on my jaw turning my head aside until my husband had enough space to show the camera who I belonged to. Tom shoved his tongue down my throat, capturing me in a kiss that lingered long enough for Clark to witness before Tom finally eased back, his fingers still tracing my cheek. He was aware that I was on a call, he could imagine with whom, and yet he paid no attention to the person on the other end anyway.

"Uhm," I cleared my throat, my cheeks tinged pink from Tom's touch and sudden appearance. "I'm on a call with Clark right now," I whispered, my eyes flicking from pupil to pupil, as close as he was.
