On the afternoon, Chaeyoung decided not to go to work yet. She still had a lot of things in her mind, and she didn't want them to affect her job.

Mina was sleeping again, so she decided to have an alone time in their living room to think of how she is going to face everything that's going on in her life tomorrow.

Yes. Tomorrow. She decided that she is going to do everything tomorrow instead. She believes that Mina needs her today. So, she can't get herself to leave and talk to people she owes explanations to. Mina is her priority.

Her deep thoughts were interrupted by a knock on her front door.

Who might it be? Sigh.

Hesitantly, she stood up to face the person behind the door only to find the last person she wanted to see today.

"Hon! Thank God you're alright. I thought something happened to you that's why you didn't show up yesterday. What happened? I waited for you. We all did. I tried to contact you since yesterday. I tried looking for you too. Oh gosh. I was so worried." Jungkook rushed to pull Chaeyoung in an embrace.

His warmth and sincerity melted Chaeyoung into the hug as her guilt started to creep up.

Minutes have passed but they still weren't letting go. They were conveying their emotions through the embrace they were sharing, and Chaeyoung, though unknowingly, felt her tears start to stream down her face.

Feeling the wet substance on his shoulder, Jungkook slowly let go of the girl to see her face.

"Oh, honey. Why are you crying? Please, don't cry. You're breaking my heart." He said this with all softness, his eyes also starting to water, as he wiped the tears that were continuously running down his lovers eyes.

"Sorry. Sorry. I'm so sorry." Those were the only words that came out of Chaeyoung's mouth, regret and pain laced on her voice.

Jungkook, unable to stop his own emotions, decided to hug her again, even tighter than earlier and wept with her.

When they finally settled down, they slowly let go of each other, looking at one another's eyes, though silent, conveying their real emotions with their stares. Then, like magnets, their lips met with a heartfelt kiss.

The kiss was gentle and pure. Their raw emotions and longing was reflected in it. The passion was there. The love was also obviously in that kiss. It lasted for what felt like forever, as they were lost in their own worlds where only they exist, where only their beating hearts can talk.

The sound of a glass falling and shattering had them moving away from each other quickly, only to see an obviously shocked Mina standing a few feet away from they.

"Shit! Minari, are you okay?"

"I'm so sorry!"

Mina and Chaeyoung said in unison.

Chaeyoung quickly ran to where the shocked girl was standing, to make sure that she didn't step on the glass and to check if she was hurt anywhere.

Jungkook was also quick to respond, guiding both girls farther from the place of the incident. "Take Mina Noona back inside the room, Hon. I'll take care of this."

Chaeyoung just nodded quickly to his "gentleman" lover, helping the oldest into back into the room.

"Are you okay, Unnie? Thank God you have no wound. What happened?" Chaeyoung worriedly spoke.

Mina avoided the younger girl's eyes, trying to hide the emotions she felt inside.

"Ahem. It was nothing Chaeyoung. I'm really sorry for interrupting you guys. I was just about to get some water, and I was startled with what I saw."

This time, it was Chaeyoung who had to avoid looking at the girl, as she felt embarrassed with the situation.

"I... Sorry you had to see that, Unnie. We just got lost in the moment."

"No. No. It's not a problem. Had I known you two were there, I wouldn't have had went out." Mina said, trying to sound considerate even if her heart was breaking.

"You better get out now. Jungkook is probably waiting for you. You have a lot to talk about for sure. I'll just go back to sleep." Mina continued, lying back on the bed, wrapping herself with her blanket, not waiting for Chaeyoung to answer.

The younger girl didn't know why, but she felt hesitant to go, but seeing how the girl was already lying on the bed facing away from her, she figured, she had to go. Unbeknownst to her, Mina was crying inside the blanket because of what she saw earlier.
