"What's your real name?"
"I am Candice Alathia Brovilion," saad nito na halatang kabado.
Napahawak sa sariling bibig si Peruvian saka muling nagtanong rito.
"Brovilion? Are you the owner of Brovilion Bar?"
Mahinang tumango si Candice saka bumuntong-hininga.

Peruvian shake his head. Alam niyang konektado ang lahat sa bar na iyon, kung hindi siya nagkakamali, doon din nagtatrabaho ang isa sa mga babaeng hindi niya malilimutan, si Ossy.

She smile bitterly, as if may lungkot ang mukha nito.
"Why lie? I want you to kill my father, he's devil as hell! He never loved my mother, he just let her die!" saad nito na halatang may sama ng loob sa ama. Hindi umimik si Peruvian, gusto nitong makisimpatya sa nararamdaman nito.
"Well, do you know...Romary?"
Natigilan ito saka hindi umimik. Matagal itong sumagot saka nagdadalawang-isip na magsalita.

"Shoot-out?" nalilitong sambit ni Peruvian rito. Hindi niya maintindihan ang sinasabi nito. Tila may nakaraan si Romary na hindi pa niya nalalaman, kung ano man 'yon, kailangan niyang tanungin si Candice. Kailangan niyang ma-figure out ang totoong katauhan nito.
"I need to know about your father, sameas Romary... i need everything about them..." sambit ko pa rito. Alam ko namang tutulong siya dahil na rin sa pagnanais ng mukha nito, nababasa ko sa mga mata niyang nagsasabi ito ng totoo.
Nagsimulang magsalita si Candice na noo'y nakasandal sa kama.
