The others ended up waking up after a bit, but were all kinda just doing their own things for a bit so I kept reading. After a little bit I noticed Alora walk over and sit by me, looking over my shoulder a bit at what I was reading, clearly a bit curious. I moved the book slightly, allowing her to be able to try and read the book herself if she wanted to.

After a couple minutes, I felt her tap my arm slightly, and looked down at her. "Can we go walk around for a bit? I wanna talk to you about something if that's alright." She asked, her voice a bit quiet, but not quite a whisper. I just nod and get up, setting the book I had been reading down. I head back outside of the room, her following behind.

"So, what'd you wanna talk about?" I asked once we got a decent ways away from the room. "Well, I was wondering, you know a lot more about ghosts and stuff than I do, right? Would.. it be possible for me to see my dad again?" I nodded and smiled down at her a bit. "You should be able to. As far as I've noticed, you can see other ghosts as well, correct?" She just shrugged, clearing not actually knowing if she could or not. "Hm, here, look around a bit. There's a couple ghosts that have been hanging around here, can you see any of them?"

She looked around a bit, before shaking her head. "Huh, I guess you and Fable are a bit of a special case when it comes to ghosts then. Can see each other, but can't see other ghosts. I think I may still have a way for you to see him though. I do have the ability to make ghosts visible to others. I could try using it on him, if I can even find him that is, but you'd be able to see him again." Her face seemed to light up a bit and she seemed really excited about this. "Really?" I nodded. "Mhm, what was his name again? I might have a way to find him."

"Bazel. His name is Bazel." Well, any ideas on where he's at Reaper? I asked, waiting for his response, which I knew would be quick. He was here last. He had been watching over Tav from afar. I think he had finally decided to move onto the afterlife though. "Ok, good news, I know where to find him, bad news is there isn't exactly a way to get there. He's in the afterlife right now, and while I do have access to it, it's not safe. I'll have Reaper keep an eye out though, in case he comes back to the living world." Alora seemed a bit sad at this but understood, seemingly happy she at least had a few answers.

"I have another question now, would you be able to make me visible? With Ash being here now, it might be easier if she could see me as well." I thought about it for a moment before responding. "I should be able to. Your body still clearly works like a regular ghost, meaning the magic should work. That doesn't mean it will though. But I can still try if you'd like?" She nodded happily.

I did what bit of magic I needed for it to hopefully work. Unfortunately, I wouldn't able able to tell unless we actually tested it with Ash, so we headed back. It was tricky magic, and not exactly something I was confident would work with how Alora was. She wasn't like most ghosts. Couldn't see other ghosts, yet couldn't be seen by the mortal eye. Her body also acted a lot like a regular ghost, being able to phase through things. Yet her existence almost shouldn't be a thing. She's simply Tavnora's past self. A fading memory almost. I really wanted to understand it better, but it wasn't something as simple as just understanding.

As we kept walking back, I'd glance around at the few ghosts that would show up every now and then. I never really recognized any of the faces, there was no reason I would. Most of the time souls get stuck to their own universe when they die, meaning majority of the ghosts I'd see were from this specific universe.

In the distance, I noticed Ian and Axel again. They didn't notice me, which to me was good. I didn't need more interactions with them right now. But at least they hadn't left the mall yet, which meant if I wanted I could keep an eye on Ian to make sure he didn't do anything to Axel. I still didn't trust the two to be left alone together with how Ian was, but I still had nothing I could do about it for now.

So, I ignored the two's presence and continued back to the room with Alora following quickly behind.
