SMG4 X MLP (Season 1)

It was a cloudy day at the park and everyone was hard at work to take down all the loose branches...well...almost everyone. Melony felt bad for the poor trees so she tried to use tape to stick the branches back on. To make it better, she used her deity powers to create some cute shapes with the leaves. "Wowww!" Her excitement wore off as Meggy tore off the branch and wiped her hands. "Melony...I love your work, but could you please just take the broken branches down?"

"But these poor trees are getting hurt...they're a mess." Meggy sighed and said "The storm is going to create a bigger mess if we don't take these limbs down so no one getting hurt." She really shouldn't have said that because Melony fell on the ground and started crying. "The trees need their limbs! You're hurting them!" Meggy tried to calm Melony down, but the rain started to sprinkle down.

"Sorry Melony, I have to finish up!" She started to get visibly upset and pulled out her sword. "Stop it Meggy!" Meggy responded by pulling out her splat shot and said "Don't make me use this Melony!" The shot cut to both of them, narrowing their eyes at one another, not saying a word till Melony spoke up. "I say we just go before we say something we regret." Meggy, being the competitive, confident, inkling-turned human that she was struck "I bet you will say something you regret first!"

Melony shook her head and said "I think it will be you who says something you will regret first." Meggy sneered away, crossing her arms. "I'm not saying anything." Melony copied her with the same remark. "Me neither." They stare into each other's eyes once again. "I'll just be going then..."

"After you Meggy..." Melony seemed to be showing her manners to her friend, but seemed so caught up in their fight that it didn't really stick. They slowly backed away from each other, not taking a single second off of each other's sight. Lighting struck, startling them as they clung to each other for warmth. "How about we just find some shelter?" Meggy nodded and spoke "And fast..."

It was only them out there. Nothing to keep them company except the strong wind and drops of water. Meggy tried to keep dry by hiding under a table; not very effective though. Mud was covering her boots while Melony tried hiding in her hood to escape the cold. Suddenly, a vague voice could be heard from the distance. "Meggy... Melony..." They looked around to see where it was coming from. There it was again. "Meggy... Melony..." They saw from the light of Peach's castle, a familiar figure standing at the doorway. They squinted their eyes for further inspection to see that it was... "SMG4?" He looked concerned as he called out with a lingering gesture "Come inside girls, quickly!" The two raced over to the castle, catching their breath. "Saw you outside in the cold. Come on in!"

"How nice of you SMG4!" Melony cheered as Meggy started to walk inside. "Thank you so much Four-" Melony stopped her and pointed to her boots that still had mud on them. "We should be kind houseguests." Meggy rolled her eyes and whispered "If I have to spend one more second with her, I won't be held responsible for what I'll do." Four handed Melony a towel to dry off and tried to strike up a friendly conversation. "Some storm huh? I hope you and Meggy don't have any trouble getting home."

Oh dear. That might be a problem... "Well your welcome to stay here if you'd like. Peach is away on royal business so I'm home alone tonight." An idea sparked in Four's mind as he raced over to grab his phone. "I just had an awesome idea! You and Meggy should sleep over! We can have a slumber party! I've always wanted to host one!" Melony gasped and cheered. "Yayyyy!" She loved sleeping so she is definitely a fan of slumber parties. Being with Meggy was certainly not her favorite thing, but there are worse people to invite to a sleepover. *cough cough* Mario *cough* Four came up to Melony with his phone and showed her a website called: Slumber 101, everything you need to know about slumber parties but we're afraid to ask.

Four and Melony started squealing and cheering adorably. "I've always wanted to do this and today's the day! This is going to be so great!" With no time to spare, the two friends rushed off to grab everything they needed for the sleepover while Meggy on the other hand, was having some issues with the hose outside. Best slumber party ever...Right?
