They had all arrived at Tari's house. She was trying to feed her ducks when the kids dumped their bags on the ground and scared the ducks off by enthusiastically looking all over the place.

"Look at this place!"

"Wow! Look at that!"

"I wanna see!"

Tari laughed nervously and repeated to herself what the old her had said. "No problem at all..." Okaaaayyy you got this Tari. "What should we do guys?" None of them listened as they continued whatever randomness that was what kids possessed. "Lets stay up all night!" Karen definitely wouldn't let that slide. "I...I know you all are excited but-" They all rushed off before another word came out of her mouth.

She then saw that Zack was slamming Katie's cute paw into her face while calling out in a teasing voice "Stop hitting yourself! Stop hitting yourself!" Tari instantly broke them apart until she realized that Cory was nowhere to be found. Wait there he was, sitting upon a chair. He looked pretty cut with his derpy face, but then his mouth opened with the scream of a cellphone ringtone.

The warnings that Karen had stated surely made sense now. "How about we play a game instead?" Zack rolled his eyes. "Booorrrinnng." He then pointed to a window and yelled "Let's go adventuring in the Dark Webbed Forest!" Katie and Cory joined in with a agreement of "Yeah!"

"Oh no! The forest is filled with very strange creatures." Katie pointed out "You could come with us to help catch them. We could be creature catchers!" Zack then hopped onto Cory's shoulders and draped a carpet and basket onto him. Katie got the hint as she stepped in front of them and yelled "Halt! I'm Katie and I'm going to catch you!"

Before Tari knew it, the kids were running all over the house again in a even wilder manner. The game quickly got out of hand as Tari tried to warn them "Careful you don't-" It was too late. A large smashing sound made her wince. "...break anything." The kids stood there with a destroyed table sitting in front of them. Cory yelled out "I know! Let's be carpenters!"

"Carpenters?"

The three of them changed into some kind of doctor like attire and stared at the mess. I'll spare you the scene of watching the kids say hammer for the next 10 seconds and skip to the part where they began tapping, pounding, and drilling while Tari watched. Instead of a table, a cluster of wood stood in its place.

"What is that?"

"That doesn't look like a table."

"Wait. We were making a table?"

"Someone needs to put this thing out of its misery."

Tari decided to lift their spirits by suggesting something more destructive-free. "Well now that that's out of the way, how about a game?"

The three looked excited as Tari showed them her video game console. Disappointment slowly melted onto their faces when Tari squealed showing them a game that was her personal favorite. "It's where you get to play as any kind of duck you want. Sound fun?" They responded with expressions of boredom and confusion.

...

"I lose!"

"Me too!"

"Me three!"

They began jumping off the walls wildly again as Tari sighed. This was defiantly going to be a long night for her. Zack saw her chimney and began climbing it. "I bet you guys can't climb to the top of this thing!" The other two rushed towards the chimney when Tari yelled "NO!" They all groaned as she tried to cheer them up with the promise of bedtime, even if kids. never really liked bedtime. "It's time for bed. Aren't you excited to get cozy in bed."

"But we want to play some more." The kids whined. "Okay. Well can't it wait till morning when it's not so dark." No matter how much the kids tried to convince her to let them stay up, it would not change Tari's mind. She just wished they were exhausted as she was.
