Author's Note: I had more work than usual today so I'm splitting this chapter into two parts. The 2nd part will come tomorrow.

Tari arrived back home with Morshu in her arms and she looked at what she assumed was the meme's poor state. "How did you ever get in such a condition? Don't worry, I'll nurse you back to health." She could tell that Smg1 and Smg2 were far too busy with their meme duties to take care of him.

"Here, let's put you to bed." She tucked him in a blanket and pillow she found, but it wouldn't work because ever since he'd gotten out of his cage, all the little guy wanted to do was roll around and play. She tried to stick a thermometer in his mouth, but that was a dud because it was instantly slapped out of her hands.

"Maybe some medicine?" Tari went to the cupboard in the bathroom to find a jar of pills and pulled one out. She set one out in front of him, only for Morshu to start eyeing it suspiciously. "mmMMMMMMMMM"

"I expected that." She took out a bottle of lamp oil and poured it in a cup, then plopping the pill in the cup. Within a flash, the meme began vibrating all over the cup, making slurping sounds. When he finished, Tari gaped to find that everything in the cup, besides the pill, had been consumed. "Well...that usually works."

"Maybe some homemade cooking will help." Tari did have a point there, considering all this guy ate was bombs and lamp oil. Soon she held out a bowl of delicious tomato soup out in front of Morhsu's face, but he turned his face in disgust. "Come on now. You aren't going to get better if you don't cooperate." An idea then struck her mind. She leaned the soup closer and began going "Here comes the Choo Choo train." Obviously, that didn't work either because Morshu kept turning his head in a circle as Tari inched the bowl closer to his face.

She began tapping her chin in thought and then said "Wait right here! I know just what you need!" Morshu was by himself, rolling around for a few minutes until Tari came up with Quackington. "Morshu. I'd like you to meet Quackington. I found him in a bargain bin, but he let me help him and got better in no time."

Friends always managed to cheer her up and so did Quackington. She began to hum a sweet tune, to which the duck followed in a harmonizing quack. Tari eyed Morshu and told him "You're turn. You can do it!" Suddenly, it looked like something was stuck in his throat...now it was coming up. All Tari could see was a wax being thrown up into her face as she smeared it off in a panic, but she was less worried about herself and more about Morshu.

"Good try...?"
