MELISA STOOD behind Cruz, who sat between Otis and Mouch, and she looked at the laptop screen. It was a food truck.

"Not bad," Mouch commented. "Not bad."

"Yeah, it was an old burger truck," Cruz informed them. "So it's already got most of the equipment we need. Look. Fryer, gas grill, refrigeration."

"Built-in napkin dispensers," Melisa read. "Snazzy."

"Can't you just picture our logo on the side of that thing?" Cruz stared into the distance as he imagined it. "Molly's Two."

"Cruz, how much this thing cost?" Otis questioned before sipping his coffee.

"That's the best part. It's only twelve grand!"

Otis and Melisa shared a look. There was no way it cost twelve grand. Otis shook his head. "That's not possible. Joe, where does it say twelve thousand dollars?"

"Right there!" Cruz pointed. "12k."

"That's twelve thousand miles."

"The price is..." Melisa trailed off as Cruz scrolled down the page. "Seventy-nine thousand dollars."

"So, before you pitched Hermann this great idea," Mouch spoke, "did you do any research, at all, on how much it costs to get a food truck up and running? The vehicle, the license, the registration-"

"All right, all right!" Cruz exclaimed, interrupting him. "I get it, Mouch. You wanna point fingers, or you wanna help me find a truck?" Mouch pointed his finger at him.

The alarm went off before the conversation could continue.

As they rushed down to the scene, they saw another firetruck driving parallel to them. It was truck 66. Welch's truck.

"Hey, Casey!" Hermann called out. "We're neck-and-neck with your old pal Welch!"

Cruz glanced over at the other truck for a brief moment. "Don't worry, Casey! I got this!"

"Not interested in a pissing contest," Casey told him sternly. "If Welch wants this fire, he can have it." He noticed that Cruz kept looking in that direction. "Cruz, forget him. Just drive the truck."

Cruz listened and focused on the road. "Great," Otis spoke in annoyance. "Welch is going to get there first. We'll be taking orders from him."

"I don't see them," Melisa told them as she looked over at where she had seen them last. "Maybe they got held up."
